My husband and I were beyond pleased with our new vehicle purchase. Kevin Burlin was our Sales Associate and he worked with us to make sure our needs were met. Kevin took the time to tell us the pros and cons of each vehicle we discussed. We walked out of Sam Leman with a 2017 Chevy Equinox and we could not be more pleased with the choice we made. Kevin is patient, friendly and the thing we like about him the most is he is not pushy. Kevin has a good working relationship with his sales manager and together they get the job done. I would purchase another vehicle with Kevin's assistance if I was in the market for a nice car at the right price.

Recently, I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Bob Olander at Weber Chevrolet in Creve Coeur. Very friendly and courteous customer service. Quick service. The only reason I did not go with a '10' is I felt the unnecessary items were mentioned I needed to do. Rebalance my tires after only 10K miles? Alignment at the same time? Transmission fluid exchange at 72K miles? The service rep was not pushy just suggested.

We happened upon Kent County Motors as my husband and I were searching, specifically, for a slightly used Honda Pilot. I was torn between a new one or used Pilot because of their redesign which made the Pilot more rounded and the only still boxy-shaped model I could find was at a GMC dealership! Jeff was not only extreme kind and patient, but he exhibited strength in admitting what he did know and what he didn't know about the vehicle. His straightforward and thorough demeanor put me at ease which truly made my decision easy. We are thrilled with the Pilot and cannot thank Kent County Motors enough for making this our favorite and best car purchasing experience ever. We will defiantly consider returning in order to fulfill my husband's desire for a pick up...😄
I bought a used vehicle from Crest. The conditions of sale was somewhat challenging due to the condition of the vehicle. As I understood it, the vehicle was a trade-in that had not gone through the regular service and sale readiness. Tire, rear light and other minor parts had to be replaced, but I had to agree to buy the vehicle before these services were performed. The vehicle couldn't be properly checked out because regular things like remote etc were not working. I agreed to buy the vehicle because I liked the vehicle and trusted Crest's reputation. Things got complicated when some of the important options were not working after the services were completed. The salesman (Jolly) was understanding, but the manager (Steve) didn't want to fix anything else on the vehicle. Luckily, the malfunctioning options only needed proper operation.and adjustments. 2 days after the vehicle was picked up, we noticed that the A/C was not functioning properly. The vehicle was taken back to Crest for diagnosis. A rental vehicle was provided while the vehicle was being serviced. The service department initially requested that I pay $400.00 of the cost of $1,600.00 to get it fixed. They later waived the $400.00 charge. Although I had some problems with the buying experience, the eventual result was positive. The 5* is to show appreciation for the commitment to customer satisfaction.
I have been to many dealerships for service and sales. I decided to take my vehicle in for service to Munday Chevrolet after many bad experiences t other locations. All service advisors are very nice, there is only a couple of senior advisors, One in particular a lady name Connie, is always on the move and she always answers all my question. I like the fact that they don't lie to me and are up front and forward. I will continue going in for service and most likely I will be purchasing a new vehicle.
I had my Van stolen, July 2016, contacted Paul O'leary with autonation and asked to please be on the lookout for another Van for me. He was wonderful sent me pic's at least once a week of what I might be interested in. Kept me informed of deals that where available, no pressure just info. My Van was recovered about 5 weeks later the only reason I did not buy. When I am ready he will be my sales person . I lived in West Palm most of my life and trust the Dealers here more than I do in Georgia.

This dealership was great. Customer service was good. Although I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle, they let me know that i wasn't going to be able to do so before even running my credit. They informed on other options and what I should do in the meantime. Dwayne is the guy who helped me.
It was between the Fiesta and Focus xxx. A contact from Serramonte Ford contacted me immediately after I inquired online, then just gave me the facts and figures when I went for a test drive. No need for the sales pitch - and they complied. But my sales guy was very knowledgeable about both cars and was a great help - despite being very young (thanks Generis). Once I decided on the car, he helped me find one, scheduled delivery, did all the paperwork and had great customer after sales follow up. I???m very pleased with my Ford and my Ford dealership. So far it???s been 2 Fords in a row for me - let???s hope that Ford keeps coming up with great cars as they have been for the past 5-10 years. On separate note, if only there was a Ford dealership in the city of San Francisco itself, rather than making us drive out of town currently. Most of your competition have a presence in San Francisco, Toyota having 2 or more! Just a suggestion. Tks
