I applied for financing through other dealers and the terms were not realistic for me. A Carvana truck was in neighborhood, that is how I learned about them. Impressed at their prices and inventory, I applied on Friday 13th, had my 2013 Cadillac ATS on Monday 16th. The best part is the financing terms are affordable. Thank you, Carvana! If you are looking to purchase a car, give Carvana serious consideration. The buying process was simple and very transparent. You will not regret it. Bought my car online Dec 2nd, 2015 - no muss, no fuss. 2012 Kia Soul, cream, manual (6 speed ), 34,000 miles. Went up to Atlanta, signed the documents, drove off in my new sweet girl. No problems, no issues with financing, no mechanical stuff...Carvana delivers what they say they will deliver! Look, if you want to haggle or argue, go to a dealership. If ya know what you want (like I did) and you know what you want to pay (like I did), take a real look at Carvana. Personally, I will never go dealership again. And my sweet 2012 Kia Soul? I was introduced to carvana by a Facebook ad. I really liked what I saw, but the closest vending machine was 600 miles away. I thought they definitely had a great idea, so I thought we'd try. Pretty easy buying process. They were very fair with trade in. Offered about $100 more than local dealer. Their 360 view definitely needs improvement. There were two noted items of damage on their condition analysis. While picking up the vehicle, it was raining and overcast. Once I got the car in the sunlight. There was a lot more notable damage, that wasn't mentioned. Quite a few more very noticeable scratches, chips and dings. Very surprised those weren't noted, but it was a used car so I didn't expect perfection. They really tout their 150 point inspection. My hood doesn't close correctly. I would have thought that would have been corrected. Kind if stinks, I'll have to pay the dealership to correct something that should have been corrected prior to delivery. I would have given only 3 stars for the above mentioned, but their outstanding customer service earned them 4. Their team of customer service reps truly make the buying process enjoyable. I can't say I'd recommend them to friends as we are far away from them, & the few disappointments we experienced. If they keep that high level of service and improve their vehicle condition reporting. This company could really revolutionize the used car industry.

I had been shopping for a used Volt with a certain subset of options and Carvana continued to be in my search results. Ultimately I couldn't find what I wanted locally and even the results in my state for the same model weren't competitive with Carvana's price / features. I'm also not a huge fan of dealing with sales guys so it was a win / win. During the actual buying process the steps are a little vague, I guess because they're a tech startup too (I left this feedback), note you have to continue to fill in your info to reserve the car for purchase, don't quit early or you'll only reserve it for a few hours or a day, go to the end if you're serious. Otherwise literally every single person I talked to was delightful, from customer support when I had questions and final purchase call to the delivery driver (specialist really, they're not just drivers). Didn't feel tempted to use the 7 day return, the car was better than expected!

After meticulously searching through vehicles and many dealerships, I found the vehicle calling my name at ALM on 05/25. Anxiously, I went to the dealership that same day, met with sales lady Shanta who was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process :-)....she restored my faith in car salesmen again :-) She pulled up the vehicle I inquired about, we went for a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle, but what was even more enjoyable about my car buying experience, is that Shanta wasn't being too aggressive or trying to get me to buy a car right then, and she actually advised me to sleep on my thoughts and let her know whatever I decide. Well...later that day, I made my decision, called Shanta and told her that I'm ready to make my purchase. She sent me the link to fill out the application, once I completed the application, I went back to the dealership the next day and was trading in my old car and driving away in my new Lexus in about 1.5hr and that is how I LOVE doing business. I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

That didn't matter because you treated me like part of the GM Family and took care of me just like one of your own direct customers - not an experience that I can say I've always received from some GM dealerships (where I had not purchased a car) when trying to get warranty work! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

We were out shopping for a replacement Honda Odyssey after our 2006 Odyssey was involved in an accident and was a total loss. When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by Mark Olson. We explained what happened and what we were looking for. We also let him know that we had no idea what our price point would be as we hadn't heard from the insurance company. Mark brought us a 2007 Odyssey to look at, but it had too many miles for us. He then suggested a 2012 that they had. We thought it might be too expensive, but he suggested we just take a look. He brought it up to us and it was a really nice vehicle. We examined the vehicle's equipment, then Mark and I went out on a test drive. It seemed to run and drive very well. We noticed the van didn't have a roof rack and Mark checked with the guys inside and said it wouldn't be an issue to get it installed at ALM. We continued shopping around and just couldn't find a better deal or always had someone trying to convince us to go for a different vehicle because they didn't have what we wanted. Finally we hard back from the insurance company and called Mark to make sure the van was still there. It was and he put it in back for us. The actual sale of the vehicle was pretty easy and didn't take as long as it has in other dealers and we drove it home on a Sunday. After having it a couple days, we noticed a few things that needed some attention and we were working to get the roof rack installation scheduled. Mark said that we should bring the van back in and they will go through it and fix anything that's wrong. We dropped it off on May 31st in the morning to Mark & Nathan and picked it up at 5pm. The roof rack was installed, the tires were replaced, the oil change was done, the brake rotors resurfaced and new pads. I'm real happy with what Mark and ALM have done. When it's time for me to replace my car, I know that I will check with ALM and see what they have. Thanks so much guys!

To start with, I am like I think the average person, I dread buying a new car due to the "reputation" that most car sales people have as being pushy and high pressure. I have to say I have had some very bad experiences so like most, it is something I don't look forward to doing. Well yesterday I was just "browsing" on Cars.com and I was looking for a truck. I found several at John Miles Chevy and then got on your website where I chatted with I believe her name was Julia. I told her my situation and then she passed on my information to Kevin James to call me. He called me promptly about 30 minutes later and we discussed a time for me to come in. I came in later in the afternoon and met Kevin. He was very pleasant and best of all, very low key and I didn't feel the typical "salesman" pressure from him at all. I will try to keep this short but after the test drive we chatted, then did some brief negotiating including meeting the Sales Manager Kevin Beamon. I can't say enough about the experience. I have poor credit and a good income and they made a deal work. I had to run and get my son so they called me later and I came back in and we did the deal. Everyone I dealt with was so pleasant and professional including your F&I manager, Al. I can promise you if I have a good experience with my service after the sale as I did with my purchase, you have won a customer for life! Kudos to both Kevins and Al. You are lucky to have such a great and professional team. And this again is coming from an "anti" car sales guy! :)

I think the engineer was paid to save money on the front seat. Very uncomfortable. My dealer is doing everything they can to make front seat comfortable not GM .

I went thinking that all I needed was a balance and rotation, but I had a serious recall and they took care of me without hesitation. There was hot coffee, water, and food for us to eat, they work quick and even clean your car I love them.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Great service, but I???m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I???m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It???s a wonderful service department. I???ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
