I sent in a survey already----what's going on? It was complete and lengthy and I'm not doing it over again. It was positive and mentioned employees by name who I wanted you to thank for me!!! PS How do I know the quality of repair till I use the car??? Facilities marked down cause there was no fruit on hand---told the person who handled that was absent that day. No excuse! PLEASE USE THE COMMENTS FROM THE SURVEY I FILLED OUT A FEW DAYS AGO?
