New and Used 2020 Buick Enclave for Sale in Paris, KY

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from the Dan Cummins dealership and felt we received a good vehicle for a fair price. Their finance people were able to get us a good interest rate on our loan with favorable terms that worked for us. Moving forward in time 6 months after our purchase, we experienced a front end problem. It turned out that a wheel bearing had locked up and fortunately the extended warranty that we purchased covered the cost of the repair, minus the deductible. Further, in analyzing this problem, it was observed that the brake pads were beyond the limits and the service manager agreed that the pads should have probably been replaced prior to our purchase, as we had put only 6000 miles on the vehicle in the 6 months that we had owned it. The service manager, along with our sales manager, decided that the right thing to do was to replace the front brake pads and rotors at no cost to us. They went one step further. The rear brake pads were not beyond the wear limits but were very close, so they replaced the rear pads also. We were very pleasantly surprised as we felt we would be in for a battle to convince someone that we should not be responsible for this issue. Instead, the people at Dan Cummins went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our issue was resolved. They have won my business and I have told all my friends to visit the Dan Cummins website when looking for a vehicle to purchase.

We drove from Knoxville Tn to this dealership to purchase a new Chevy Spark. We had spoke the previous day to Lauren and she set up the time and assured us to come on up. So the following morning 8/20/2017 we did just that . We spoke with Lauren around 10am and advised we will be in around 1pm gave her the year/Model# and exact car we wanted. A salesman names Mike Brewer called us around 11am and said he will get the spark pulled up front for us. We arrived after our 4 hour trip and were introduced to Mike. He took us out front to the Red 2017 Chevy Spark. My heart dropped Instantly, felt my blood pressure rising, This car was Filthy, dusty and dirty. The tires were brown, you could barely see in the windows , Paint filthy , all Black trim was Clay mud brown. I opened the door Brown muddy footprints all over. I said" its dirty and Mike then said its been in storage but if we make a deal we will get it cleaned up for you. Do you want to start it up? He said the battery was dead earlier but it Might start, But it didn't , so out comes a charger to start this filthy NEW? car. I told him , This car is Filthy and I'm offended that I drove to a new car dealership to see a new car and after hours of driving I get here to This! I said "can I see another spark that is clean?" and he said " they are all this dirty"but i can get one cleaned for you! I told him That he needs to learn from this that sales is all about first impression and this was HORRIBLE. and I am leaving So me , my wife and 2 kids Left! I felt so upset and had never been through something so odd and awkward. We get 5 Minutes down the road and The manager Paul Meier calls, I told him what I just went through he was very apologetic and assured me he will make it right if I will come back. I told the wife and kids lets go back and give another chance. We drove back and Met Paul he was super professional and friendly. ( The red spark was gone ) He introduced us to Cory Brewer ( our salesman) Cory has a great smile and an honest personality. A few moments later out comes the Red spark Clean like a new car should look .We took our first test drive and it was great . We actually asked to drive another one and Cory had made sure the car was cleaned before we saw them. We finally Bought a 2017 Chevy spark 1lt Manual. Cory had it detailed as well . If it wasn't for the Manager Paul getting involved in this situation, this would have been a bad review. We are very happy with Dan Cummings Paul and Cory. Thanks for being so professional. .

Nick was very easy to work with. Nick was very friendly and respectful. I let Nick know which vehicle I was interested in (2019 Equinox LT) and he brought it up front for me to test drive. Nick did not try to up sale me or use any high pressure sales techniques. It was like buying a car from someone you already knew. I traded in a vehicle and realized on the way home I had forgot something. I called Nick???s cell phone to let him know. Nick had already left for the day but went back in to meet me to make sure I got my items. Everything was excellent and nothing was pressured at the dealership. Tim in financing was a pleasure to work with as well. I would highly recommended Nick and Dan Cummins Chevy for your next purchase.

I was not planning to purchase a new vehicle yesterday. I went in to test drive a 2015 Suburban and Tahoe, thinking I would make a purchase in the fall. Evan Walters met me at the door and quickly brought around the vehicle for me to drive. When we went back in, he asked if I wanted him to run some numbers on my trade. He did so quickly and the dealership ended up giving me a very fair price for my trade in. With a low price on the new vehicle, I was able to go ahead and make the purchase that day. I had come pre-approved with a good rate from my credit union just in case. The dealership was able to beat that rate for financing. This was a plus. I never felt pressured throughout the process. Everyone I worked with seemed very honest and helpful. I had two young children with me and everyone was so nice to them. What I really loved is Evan's response time. I ended up taking my old vehicle home so I could empty it and they could process the final paperwork and clean my new vehicle in the interim. Once I got home, I had to text Evan a few times for logistics and he responded right away. He also asked for a time that I would return so he could have the vehicle ready, saving me wait time! I loved this too:) I said 5:30. We pulled in about 5:28 and there was Evan, pulling around my shiny new car! I was so impressed with his follow-through and response time. I would definitely use this dealership and salesman again!! This was the easiest and best buying experience I have ever had!!! Finally, I love the idea of the power train for life warranty. I feel like the people here made it very clear what the parameters were around that so I could be sure to take advantage of it!!

After much searching and I mean much, we found the exact car that we were looking for at Dan Cummins Chevrolet. Evan was our salesman and was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very professional. He made the purchasing process seamless and quick. I would recommend Evan to anyone looking for their dream car. After traveling 500 miles (one way no doubt) we walked away in record time with our new family addition, a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord Sport from Dan Cummins Chevrolet and Buick in 2016, and have thoroughly enjoyed the car ever since. My car rides beautifully, and I know a big reason for that is the quality service I receive every time I take it in. On my latest service appointment, U received normal maintenance, along with new tires. Candy was my service advisor, and she did a fantastic job explaining everything that was goung to take place, and once service was completed, re-capping what was done, along with all costs. Completely satisfied!!

I went in to this dealership wanting to purchase a used vehicle, I was approached by Brett Zurcher and he was amazing at helping me out! He answered all my questions and all that came with it! A few weeks ago I walked in and dealt with Jim. He was friendly, down to earth but you could tell he was looking to wheel and deal. That's fine and all (I admire passionate workers) but he was working for himself and not so much my interest at all. I felt like my needs of a car and price range where being overlooked by his ideal of what I needed or could afford. We all aren't perfect. I walked out and said Maybe I'll try again later. Yesterday I texted Jim to let him know I was coming in. He was off. (Sigh). He recommended Dotson. This fellow let me sit there for 30 minutes and until I hit the door (to smoke, not leave yet) he didn't acknowledge my existence. Pretty disgusting, I know. Dotson said he was busy with a deal (a nice corvette sale would've been nice to close I'm sure...) and then Jordan came over. He was patient. He listened to what I wanted for a car and to spend and was looking for. We found the car. Michael from finance worked until it was everything in my range. As a single working mom, the right car at the right cost is vital. The dream team made it happen- not Jim, the overly nice guy. Not Dotson, the shark who saw and preyed upon the steaks hanging off clients legs. But Jordan and Michael. Two young men who are realistic, patient, and practical. Two people that I would send all my friends and family to. And also say to dodge the other two. They made it a 5. It went from a 1 to a 5 real quick. Thank you two.

I arrived at the dealership at 1:45pm on a Saturday. I test drove every car I had ore chosen before arrival, and ended up finding one on the lot I hadn’t seen online. I was very happy. Chuck, my salesman was very patient with me, and very helpful! Josh Cummins and his team surpass every other central KY dealer, in my opinion, because they aren’t pushy. They take their time, they ask questions and make the buying experience as pain free as possible. I appreciated everyone’s help, customer service and patience !!

Sales people are easy to work with and and do not Use high pressure sales . Very friendly and helpful . I bought a new truck and sent my grand daughter and she and her husband bought a new truck , too! Happy customers 😃

Austin is perhaps the best car salesman I have ever worked with. All staff were pleasant and accommodating. It was a relaxed atmosphere, no high pressure sales, and a Christian environment. I was a first time buyer with low credit (600). Jimmy was awesome working within my budget and finding me the car I wanted with Cruze control added feature. Besides that, my car was $2,000 user kbb suggested dealer price (after added Cruze control)! All in all, a great team and won't jerk you around.

Let???s just say, today is a big day for me. I purchased my trusty lease on my small business salary. This may not be a huge deal to everyone, but this equals success to me. When you???re going through one of these big life moments, you need a person you can trust to help you through the process. Today, that person was Nick. I had to have my vehicle towed in and I was expecting the worse. It was fixed in one day and the cost was reasonable.
