What a Royal experience!

On Wednesday, September 26, 2018, we took our 2011 Buick Enclave (which we had purchased through personal connections at Eisinger Motors in Kalispell, Montana in December, 2010) in for service to Royal Buick GMC Cadillac for service. As we lived in Tucson when we purchased the vehicle, we had always had our Buick serviced at Royal and had always been quite satisfied with their service. We had invested quite a bit of time shopping with family members during the summer for their new vehicle, but we had not yet had the opportunity to acquaint ourselves with a new Enclave. We were extremely fortunate when we met Krysta Diaz, an awesome sales consultant with Royal Cadillac. She was quite knowledgeable about the Buick Enclave, in addition to being a very positive, patient, well-networked employee who knew how to move forward quickly and efficiently in meeting our needs. An incredible representative of Royal goals existing to serves its customers, valuing its customers??? time, and treating them like family, she persevered with a huge smile, super positive attitude, great patience and understanding as we moved through the process of purchasing this amazing new vehicle! No hassles, no ridiculous bargaining, just fair offers and consideration that allowed the process to flow smoothly! Success! As our new BEN (Buick ENclave) was not available at the Royal dealership, they located one meeting our needs and transported it to the dealership. We picked it up the following Monday (along with an impressive collection of beautiful red roses presented to us by Royal) and love it. We so appreciate all of the fine service delivered by Krysta, the managers and the service department in the transfer of our beloved 2011 BEN to our new, much more sophisticated 2018 BEN.
