An hour away... Faulkner GMC is worth the Drive

We have dealt with every department at this dealership, and can absolutely tell you that the tone set at the top must be one of striving for greatness and exceptional customer service. We have been treated beyond fairly by the sales team, the finance department, parts department, bodywork department and Jim Keyser representing their Service Department. In our most recent visit, we found Jim to be particularly helpful it is explanation of the cars needs the costs involved in future suggestions for repairs on the horizon. I???m generally not that happy with someone delivers news that my car needs several hundred dollars worth of work. Somehow when Jim Tells me what my car needs, the value and necessity of his recommended repairs is undeniable. We already know that our next visit will include new brake pads. I???ve never met Mr Faulkner, but must say his team treats us like he is my long time friend. What a gift!
