I was looking for new/newer used cars priced moderately and felt like everywhere I looked online was out of my price range. Finally fell upon this place on Internet and could not get over their huge inventory of cars, some newer, that I actually liked! Did the usual dealership review and wow, negative feedbacks enough to make you want to avoid this place. But then I ran into a coworker who told me he bought 3 cars here without a problem. I went to look at car I picked off internet on Sunday and drove it home last night (4 days), couldn't be happier!!!

Our experience was AMAZING!! My husband and I have always hesitated to buy cars or even walk into a dealership because we dread the 8-10 hour process. But we were in dire need of a car and decided to go to Robert Chevrolet because it was close to the house, and I am beyond happy that we did. As soon as we got out of our car and walked onto the lot we were greeted instantly by Sal. We told him we were just looking and had a few questioned, and he continued to talk with us. He showed us some cars in the show room and was never pushy. He didn't try to force us into a nicer or larger car, he didn't start running numbers until we said we were ready to start pricing things out. We honestly could not have been happier with our experience. Robert Chevrolet, Sal and Cathy took the sting out of buying/leasing a car. 2016 encore, battery failing no warning

Radio God awful! Won't start about once a month dealership can't figure it out with out it happening in front of them. So I can break down at anytime and Buick nor the dealership will show concern or responsibility. I have 40,000 miles on the car.due to the computer not showing any default they cannot show that the car is not working properly until I get stuck somewhere needs a jump. But once I jump the car it's fine for a couple weeks. Everything is testing 100% when I get it to the dealership. But obviously if it's not turning over and a jump is carrying the factor once a month give or take there's an issue. But the problem is no mechanic from the dealership nor Buick will come out to me when the issue occurrs. But I was told if a mechanic from the dealership goes in and looks at it and they cannot find it due to them being incompetent I will be charged for it. So it's okay for me to drive around in a car that does not work 100% efficient.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Even though I worked with Mr. Jones who was patient no matter how many times I entered the dealership, called to ask questions, or was running late from work, ever sales expert was pleasant and quick to help. The car I purchased had a few minor areas that needed touch up paint and the dealership was quick to say "No problem we can take care of that" Additionally, the financial officer was patient and kind in finalizing the sale. I have already shared my positive experience with others and shared business cards for future sales. Also, remember to ask for coupons (e.g.: AAA) and awards programs such as renting a car after a car purchase. I am not sure what type of regular dealer can offer such benefits.

I drove the Buick Encore Essence 2017 with sun roof during a 10 day stay in Arizona for vacation. I originally rented a Nissan sedan but they were out so I took 'the blue SUV'. I was 5 miles north on route 17 when I noticed how quiet the ride was. Then a text came over the Android Auto, which I didn't realized I hooked up by connecting the USB cable to the charger. I found the interior to be very intuitive. The long ride from Phoenix to Sedona was very enjoyable the heated steering wheel and seats plus motorized drivers seat. The pick up climbing the mountain grades was easy as was passing trucks and cars. It doesn't have crazy horse power by any means by it performed fine. The keyless entry and start were great since I was always carrying backpack and gear, no fumbling for the keys. Then I drove back down to Phoenix for 5 days and it handled the off dirt roads to the trail head fine. I came home and 2 weeks later I traded in my loyal Subaru Impreza wagon that I had for 6 years. I enjoyed the Impreza but it has a CVT trans and I wanted to drive a traditions auto trans. The Encore has 25 MPG +/- and I'm ok with that. I purchased the AWD as I live in Massachusetts and NO... FWD with snow tires IS NOT the same thing. So test driving a car for 10 days informed my of how the car runs on average and when snow came in January the Encore handled great with the AWD. Four months owning my Buick Encore Essence now and very happy. It is small on the inside, about the same cubic storage dimensions as a Subaru Impreza Wagon but the off ground height is also what I wanted in my next car. It has great head room, leg room and the leather seats are ALL leather and stitched great, not pleather or 'leather trimmed'. Back seats can squeeze 3 adults but 2 adults for comfort, same beautiful leather seats in back. Soft touch materials, nice dash, nothing flashy but more classic and understated. I added OEM chrome side body molding and chrome wind deflector as well as custom rain guards. Now my car is my own. The aluminum painted grey wheels are awesome too. Very happy!

I was drawn to the Buick Encore for it's smaller size for handling, but design with lots of room inside. The car has comfort and the turbo 4 cyl. gives it enough power and good gas mileage. I have had Buicks in the past and never been disappointed.

Came in for tire rotation, oil change and overall check up for 5,000 miles on new Traverse. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. It took just a little over that by minutes and all was complete. Waiting area was very comfortable with TV and WiFi, food and beverage were also available. I've owned a lot of vehicles and this was one of the best experiences for service.

I OWN A CADILLAC THAT I PURCHASED FROM KING O'ROURKE A FEW YEARS AGO, I RECENTLY WENT THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND PROBLEM WITH A TIRE. TOM CLARK HELPED ME, GREAT GUY. THERE WAS A QUESTION ABOUT THE TIRE BEING COVERED OR NOT SO HE GOT THE SERVICE MANAGER JOE LAFRANCE, SO NICE, HE INSPECTED IT TOLD ME NO WORRIES WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. I rented this car for a 10 day vacation in Arizona and loved it immediately. The first thing I noticed was how quiet it was in the interior. The interior was all leather, like all leather, not pleather, not just trim pieces but full leather, heated steering wheel and seats, Android Auto, power drivers seat. Awesome! Keyless entry allowed me to just have the key in my pocket to open doors and hatch. Since I was hiking trails with gear and supplies it was great to not fumble with a key. The car is turbo and pass on mountain roads just fine with automatic transmission. My previous car had a CVT transmission so that was sluggish. The horsepower is average but the turbo gives it the boost it needs. I returned from vacation in Arizona to Boston, MA and bought a 2017 Encore AWD with 85 miles on it.

I was referred to Randy at Chevrolet of Milford by a friend who highly recommended him and I was most definitely not disappointed!! Randy was a pleasure from the moment I met him and within minutes I felt like I was dealing with a friend not a salesman. I cannot compliment him enough- honest, straightforward, helpful, and genuinely interested. I was purchasing a Chevy Trax for my daughter as a Christmas gift and Randy went out of his way to accommodate my needs for vehicle pick up and helped with every step of the process. When it came to the financial and paperwork part of the deal Jack was great and made it a simple, comfortable process. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
