My experience from the time I walked into the door and was greeted with a big hello by Phil Grandenetti .He immediately asked me if I needed any help.,and introduced me to a wonderful ,knowledgeable young woman named Vanessa. She showed me a few different cars and explained thoroughly what the differences were. This was the the most pleasureable,and no pressure buying experience I have ever had. Before leaving the dealership I meet with a finance Manager Terrance but said to call himTK who made me feel very confortable,never rushed and explained all the different options to me. I picked up my New Charger the very next day.I was so excited,and as I was leaving one of the owners I believe his name was scott came over and congradulated me on my purchase.Its not very often that you even get to see or meet an owner .So if your looking this is the place to go.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

The room in this mid size SUV with third row seating is absolutely amazing. I'm 5'9" and I don't have to crouch down to move through the back area. I barely have to bend any further than I did in my minivan and that amazes me, I thought I'd be sacrificing a lot of room moving from a van to an SUV but that is not the case here. The only real complaint I have is that I purchased the 6 cylinder AWD and I think definitely go for the 8 cylinder if you have the option. You're going to break even in the gas mileage department and the extra power is noticeably worth it, in my opinion. All in all, I think Buick hit it out of the park with this ride!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

Being retired and living down south for 3-5 months a year, and living in the home I grew up in, Kingston New Hampshire, trucks are not esy to find that are not rusted out and in good shape. Then I found Road Ready thru a friend, they had the Ford F-350 I wanted and the rest is history. I've bought new, I've bought used, Road Ready gave me a beautiful truck that has a unbelievable undercoating process they do which I am so thankful that do in there AMAZING facility which no expense was spared, really is amazing to see even at my age. I own a "base" version of this vehicle. Base is figurative term with all ther stand features. Remote start, power everything, velvet like cloth seats, woodgrain trim and chrome. My vehicle is FWD and has zero issues performing in ther massive amounts of rain. The vehicle also supports generous ground clearance making unexpected hazards no issue. John Mercado and John Evans are great people. They don???t treat you as numbers they treat like a person. They solved all my requests with no hesitation. I had horrible experience in the past with Hyundai in Meriden. In Meriden, they are unprofessional, rude. I will never go back there in my life, these people just see you as a dollar sign. Another awful experience was in Hyundai Hartford were they only care about selling you a car and no willing to help you needs or what you are looking for. Everything change when I walked in into Branfon New Haven Hyundai, great staff, great management, they listen to you and work with you to help satisfied your needs. I 100 % recommend this dealer to everyone. Thank you Brandfon management and both John's.

My father bought this car new and I inherited it. Had it for about 4 years. Ours was the base 2.4 L. I loved driving it once I was in it. If you are 6 ft or over you'll probably bonk your head a lot getting in. Even that was OK but if you want a roof rack or want to tow something forget it. This car is for getting from point A to point B and back. There are threaded holes intended for a GM roof rack but I learned that the plan for that rack was dropped. This car never let us down. Started every day in the winter and we never plugged in the block heater. Often -30 C. We put snows on it and maybe because of it's weight the Regal almost seemed happy going thru snowy conditions. Great handling car. Only selling it to a friend (which is meaningful) because we are getting an SUV. I know Buick will hate this, but if I were my father's age when he bought (82) it I buy another one in a minute.

Came in to look at some options for a used car after seeing some pretty bad ones. We were was recommended to Paul by a friend and he was great!! Honest, fair and fun! It was a process due to the fact that we lacked credit but loved the fact that everything was explained to us in great detail. My husband recalled my saying that I would like a Buick for my next car. We found this and I really love it. The only drawback is I have difficulty working with the Map System built within the car, so I do not use it much. Super comfortable and accommodates both of us as my husband is much taller than I am. We have the tier 3, which has all the toys. I do wish they would go back to the full-size spare tire. What a pain to deal with a tire issue(s) two times!! The Blind Spot feature is worth the extra you pay.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

I bought a third car from A Better Way, since my first two cars (Mazda3 and VW TDI) had zero problems and have put 100k+ miles total on them(TDI was recalled by VW:huge windfall). Although, this vehicle needed to be brought back to their service center(under their 3,000 mile warranty) to have a few minor issues fixed. The problems were fixed in a timely manner and were all covered by the dealership's warranty. Gave me a different insight into this dealership: the service center. All the employees there were polite, fixed the minor issues quickly, and kept me up to date on its status. I worked with Lya when I purchased my car. She was great to work with, and had amazing patience when my insurance company had problems faxing over the binder, which came after the dealership closed! I would recommend Lya and her partner, Miriam, if your looking to purchase a vehicle the better way!

Great small SUV with all the latest in technology. I get great gas mileage 38 on the highway and around 32 combined. Has adequate pickup; Buick sales rep told me about Trifecta performance tuning which livened up the vehicle. (optional aftermarket engine trans tuning software)
