Even though I worked with Mr. Jones who was patient no matter how many times I entered the dealership, called to ask questions, or was running late from work, ever sales expert was pleasant and quick to help. The car I purchased had a few minor areas that needed touch up paint and the dealership was quick to say "No problem we can take care of that" Additionally, the financial officer was patient and kind in finalizing the sale. I have already shared my positive experience with others and shared business cards for future sales. Also, remember to ask for coupons (e.g.: AAA) and awards programs such as renting a car after a car purchase. I am not sure what type of regular dealer can offer such benefits.

I have been car shopping for over 2 months and went to 10 different dealership. Every time the sales associate didn't care about my personal wants in the car, they kept trying to up-sell me on something I couldn't afford, or something I didn't need. I went to NY Off Lease after seeing an ad for a car they had for sale on cars.com....Initially,I met w/the sales Manager, Jermey....he spent a lot of time with me, explaining every option and feature the car had. He didn't rush me, . I informed him I was interested, & had been in contact w/ Dante, one of the sales people there. Dante, the day I came, unannounced, was off that day. After that, every time I sent an email to Dante, he answered the most innocuous question...always replying very promptly. I came back & purchased the car, and set up a finance , purchase agreement with them. Troy, who handles the financing, and/or leasing options, was extremely helpful, & quite knowledgeable, besides which, he gave me some very good advice, of how to set up the best finance payments that worked for me...Whatever Troy told me he was doing, he did for me, he worked hard to tailor a finance payment agreement for me. He was quite helpful too. I would highly recommend this company, and their professionalism impressed me . This is a company i would come back to for future purchases or leases. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car has plenty of power at lower end stop and go driving, it's com- fortable to drive, handles and stops good. Love the 8" touch screen located HIGH on dash board is easy to use while driving without barely taking eyes off road. The SiriusXM satilite radio is a gas with maximum entertainment. Electric driver seat ++++accessories.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

The windshield wiper fluid is not adjustable and sprays the very bottom of the window. This causes problems seeing while trying to drive in the winter as the fluid does not go high enough to clean the window. The dealership said nothing they can do about it. So this must be a poor design flaw made by buick

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. This car meets all of our needs. Desoitesits small design, I can fit both my children in car seats and myself in the back seat. The back has plenty of room for luggage etc. We opted for the luggage rack to travel with our luggage on top, leaving us room in the car for necessities.

I bought a 2016 Lexus GS 350 two weeks ago through Carvana. What drew me in initially was a great price (nearby dealership was about $3,500 more for almost an identical car with similar mileage) and a user friendly website that made it easy to tour the car. You also get a FREE copy of the carfax report. With saving as much money as I did I wasn't expecting good customer service. Boy was I wrong, when I called to discuss adding a trade in car to my purchase I was greeted by a positive helpful person. All my future calls to confirm pickup date and verify my back account funds were also with very upbeat positive customer service people. I was relived with how stress free they made the process. They have even streamlined how they verify you have enough money in your account for car purchase. The 7 day money back guarantee is nice and I was pleasantly surprised that Carvana sent me emails following up on how car was driving and reminding me how many days I had left on 7 day guarantee. Other companies would have gone out of there way to try to make your forget about the 7 days to lower the chance you might return. This showed me the confidence Carvana has in their car quality. I bought the car on Black Friday and was very impressed that the day after my 7 days was up. Carvana made sure my $1000 promotion check was overnight mailed to me. Picking up the car was a fun experience with putting the token in the machine. Lastly and most importantly the car drives great and looks exactly like it did on the website. To be safe I took it too dealership for an inspection and they confirmed the car was in great shape and the tires were basically new. My next car will also be from carvana.

I have been buying cars for 45 years, mostly though dealers but also some from private parties. Car dealers were a love/hate relationship: the excitement of getting a new car vs. the very long wait time, the high pressure, and the "surprises" when the deal is about to be closed. Carvana changed all that, with the exception of the excitement factor. Never have I worked with employees who were were so honestly pleasant and knowledgeable about what they do. Pressure? There simply was none. The process of actually filling out the forms, payment, etc. took less than 45 minutes. Buying a car you have never physically seen in person can be worrisome, but Carvana also has that covered with their 4 month, 4000 mile service contract, not to mention their 7 day return policy. I even caught a bit of luck. When I first visited their website they had the exact car I was looking for at considerably less than a competing online dealership had to offer. On the day of delivery the Carvana truck was right on time, and in 45 minutes, which included a 15 minute test drive, our new car was ours. Because of this extremely positive experience the next time I am in the market for a car my first stop will be Carvana. and I will recommend Carvana to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Keep up the great work!

This car is an exceptional buy for a nice small SUV. It gets excellent gas mileage, the cabin is very quiet and the ride really smooth. I like the dash layout and have no problem with a 4 cylinder engine as the turbo gives you boost when you need. It certainly isn't a sprint car so speed wouldn't be a high priority with this baby.

I had my doubts about buying a car online for sure. I only considered it because I had a friend who used Carvana, and I trusted them. The price was better than anything we found shopping around locally, and the FEES were almost non-existent in comparison! At a local dealer, the price was almost $2K more than the listed price on the car. For Carvana, it was only the necessary tax and tags. I was FLOORED with the price. So great. The process was easy, the customer service was fabulous, the price was amazing, my car was delivered TO. MY. HOUSE. for free, and I will definitely do this again. If I had to pick something to change, I guess I would like more still photos of the car instead of just the 5 or so. The virtual tour of the car was cool, but more pictures of the inside would've been fun. I will definitely recommend shopping with Carvana to friends.

I was searching for a new car at local area dealerships and in two instances got to the negotiating table and couldn???t close the deal. The dealerships were either low balling my trade or asking for more than the car was worth. So my husband and I were out on a date and we saw the new vending machine in Charlotte. I had not heard of Carvana. My husband had because his friend raved about his experience purchasing a mini van in Atlanta. I went home to see what cars were available and sure enough they had the car I wanted with 11k miles less than anything in my local market within the price point I was willing to pay. So I started doing research. I was worried that this wasn???t a legitimate company, but everything I read was to the contrary. Additionally, I work for a major financial institution and had my own financing. Then I was worried that my company wouldn???t do business with Carvana. Sure enough they were an approved lender. I took this as a sign to go for the car I???ve wanted for 4 years. The entire process was easy from start to finish. The online forms were easy to understand. I even had a trade. All I needed to do was to answer questions and provide pictures which were also easy to upload. The offer for my trade was right inline with what I expected it to be. Every time I had a question I would call into Carvana and I would get a different person, but that wasn???t a problem because they all were able to see my account and answer any questions I had. They all had the best personalities and were very customer focused to make me feel at ease with the process. I received ongoing communication about the status of my application and final purchase. My delivery was scheduled for a time that worked with my schedule because the vending machine was not open. The young women who delivered my car was a joy to work with. She called ahead to let me know she was on the way. When she arrived she let me take the car for a test drive while she took care of my trade. The whole process took about 30 to 45 minutes at the most. Within a week of the delivery, I received a lovely note from the young women who delivered my vehicle thanking me for my purchase. I received an email from Carvana and a gift certificate thanking me as well. I took my new car to my local mechanic and they confirmed that it was perfect. This has far exceeded my expectations and has far surpassed any car purchase I have had. Thank you Carvana for changing the car buying experience forever. My son will be getting his first car at the end of the summer and I have already said we will purchase again from Carvana!

So this is being written by a 60+ daughter of the new owner age 101 who has no internet/computer access. I was integral to the process as a result, have done the research, the price checking, the interaction with some obnoxious dealers before we found a decent one. The tech stuff is overwhelming and the focus on the "infotainment" is, imo, a sad commentary on the times. The point of a vehicle is DRIVE. So, for that the car has excellent reviews for safety. From my own prior experience I insisted the car have the tires replaced with Michelins before we even picked it up. And while the salesman thought I think I was being a typical woman and over the top, he came to learn there was good reason to do that. As for the car, dad insisted on the Essence trim because he wanted to make sure mom could have a power seat adjuster enabling her ability to get in/out easy at age 96. The seat seems comfortable enough. There's a fold down between the two back seats that has the cupholders; in front they are between the front seat. That is the trend but I hate it. I like it center front below the dash, it's an easier reach. I know many others who agree, but they do not listen to us. I'm also not crazy about the push button starts, but there is no choice about that, and it's a new learning experience to catch on to the ways to lock/unlock the doors. But thus far it seems like a nice car. It is VERY tall for short people, but anything is better than the Malibu that was giving dad mechanical grief of late.

CARVANA REVIEW I???ve owned many cars in my life and through each of the purchases I???ve had to suffer the long waits and unneeded up sell at conventional dealerships as they???ve tried to tack on more than I needed to my final price. . So when Carvana launched, I was skeptical but I decided to give them a try. I knew I wouldn't be ready to purchase until late summer, but started the search early. . My requirements were very narrow when it came to the make, model, transmission, AWD, model year, mileage and maximum price. . Every week I was sent email matches that allowed me to do research, fill out a minimum of forms, and make buying decisions at my leisure and on my schedule ??? even if that was in the middle of the night. Taking delivery, arranging payment and confirming the final purchase online was amazingly efficient. The copilot app and both the email and text updates kept me informed of the progress if my purchase/transaction every step of the way. . The final buying exchange, including all the paperwork but minus my extended test drive, took only five minutes. All the Carvana swag was also a nice touch. To round out the experience, my delivery driver/closing agent was punctual, incredibly polite. He made sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable before leaving my home. . I had such a blast driving my car I forgot to call within the seven day test period to make a swap. I'm just kidding of course I'm keeping my Nissan Juke! A big shout out to my delivery agent Mahlik and the entire team at Carvana. .

This is a very nice little SUV. Lots of great features including Apple CarPlay. 2 USB ports. 8? media display, leather wrapped stearing wheel. Surprisingly quiet. Feels like you are riding in a larger vehicle as the seat height is comparable to larger vehicles. Good fuel economy as well.

At first, I was skeptical of using an online dealership - but then I thought it is 2018 and the future is now! I must say, I was really blown away by the convenience and efficiency of CARVANA. I was able to pick out the exact car and features that I wanted. Still having a small loan on my trade-in, they handled the swap beautifully and I did not have to do anything except give my consent. My car arrived on the date and time that I ordered it from a wonderful employee. Within 20 minutes, he was off with my car and I had my new one. Done and done. Clean, easy, and efficient. The only thought/point I bring up is about offering ranging Customer Service options depending on the individuals' needs. If someone is using this service for the first time, they may want to receive texts or calls from time to time to ensure everything is going smoothly. Although I did receive some texts about my delivery being on time, I am still waiting to hear back on Registration and my past lien being paid off. Regardless, there was no BS, no extra costs popping up before signing, and the final number did not change from when I signed the paperwork. It was a great experience.
