Scheduled maintenance visit (oil change). Though it was only an oil change, Service Consultant Eddie Vargas provided an excellent level of service, providing as much time and attention as I needed, and reviewing the service history of the vehicle to make sure everything was up to date. The waiting room was excellent; clean and comfortable and stocked with refreshments. My Lexus is 20 years old, but I feel like I recieved the same treatment as someone who had brought in a new car.

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

Not sure what to say. I need help getting the truck I like most. Have to see what happens.

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! I usually go to Auto Nation in West Palm ,but the service here by Casey and staff has made me switch to Wallace Cadillac . The service process was short , and simple. I will be getting my cadillac serviced here from now on.

Fair price on new ram 1500 Sales person was easy to work with One thing that was a nice gesture was they sent a Thank you box with cookies and water cup, We have purchased other new vehicles before most recently a new bmw and only got a thank you card.

I found a nice looking vehicle and bought it sight unseen after speaking with John Sims. It turned out to be a great vehicle. The price was as listed and there were no difficulties or upselling attempts.

Worked with Ryan Ford on getting the new CT5 Picked up. ABOVE and BEYOND what was needed to be done. Showed the whole car; the features were explained and the upgrades and new additions to car. Made the paperwork simple and easy. In and out of there within 30 minutes with the car. Wouldn't go anywhere else for business again!

Andrew in the service department did an excellent job working with me. I did not have to wait long. The waiting lounge was nice.
