I love my Silverado! I’m 60 years old and bought my 2006 just 3 years ago with a blown engine for a dirt cheap price, had a crate engine dropped in it (5.3 liter) by a mechanic. It’s the best riding and handling vehicle I’ve ever driven. The odometer reads over 289k on the truck itself. I haven’t had any problems with it since. Love my truck!!!

I saw a 2005 Chevy Express van for sale on line at Delta. I talked to Sal about it and after discussing it, I put a 500.00 deposit on it. He was kind enough to hold the van until I was in his area about two weeks later. Despite a few scratches, the van was everything I needed. The rare cargo area air conditioner was the selling point. We agreed on the final price and he accepted my personal check for the balance, even though I live 430 miles south. I was nervous about the drive home but the van ran perfect! I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend Delta to anyone. I heard from the mechanic I hired to check out the van that Sal is a good guy, and he is!

This truck meets all our needs.. It runs @ drives like a new one. It also looks new inside @ out. Not sure about mpg but seems like 15 around town.Haven't taken a trip yet but will be soon.... I owe Tapp Motors (Jr and Sr) a wholehearted apology for what I wrote last night. Seems like we all had challenging days yesterday and our lines of communications were BROKEN. You know, I’ve always given advice about email like this: Write what you want, but NEVER, EVER send an emotional email... I broke my own rule. Also, if you have a problem and misunderstanding then pick up the phone, walk over and have a friendly conversation to clear the air. So, that’s what I did earlier today after not sleeping much last night. I called both gents and explained my feelings and why I abruptly left the lot yesterday. They were very gracious and we all apologized for poor communication. I felt better, they felt better and everyone is smiling and laughing... Life is GOOD! After such a misunderstanding and we’re able to “shake hands” and part friends says A LOT about the Character of the Tapp Family. It’s not often a rather bad communication can be settled and without hard feelings. It’s ALL about the more often and not practiced “Golden Rule”.... Sadly we’re often too busy to stop and smell the roses and more importantly LISTEN. God gave us two ears to one mouth. Gentlemen and The Family of Tapp Motors.... 275,000 on original engine. No major repairs. Dependable. Smooth ride. Used for everything. Towing boats and trailers. Developed intermittent lifter knock @ 250,000. Still running good.

I bought a 2006 Silverado with 77,000 miles on it 3 months ago . Great truck for daily driving , no problems so far . It has a 262 v6 engine under the hood . Not a power horse but is great for pulling cart with riding mower and also has enough power to keep up driving on highway with no problems . Hope to get 5 years out of it .

I didn’t end up buying anything because we couldn’t quite get on the same page but I was asking for a lot so I get it. Working with Sam was great. Really good guy. Not too pushy and really personable. If I had more wiggle room I would’ve enjoyed being able to work with them.

I bought a 2008 Cadillac DTS from Tony about a month ago. I've always wanted a caddy but couldn't justify today's prices for new. I knew it was a risk buying a 15 year old car, but I am so glad I did. The car is beautiful,drives like a cloud.
