We purchased a 2017 Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth from Zach Hayes. Zach was knowledgeable and after hearing what we were looking for and appraising our trade, came back within 10 minutes with their best deal. We GREATLY appreciated not having to go back and forth playing the game. (In the past year, we also purchased a Chevy Colorado from another dealership and was there for 3.5 hours (it took an hour just in the negotiating part.)

Joe Jessie was the best,most professional,patient,salesman I have ever dealt with. He even called and took care of my insurance,I have never had that done before,AWESOME experience has changed my mind on bad rap that car salesmen get. Mitch in financing was just as awesome.
After receiving poor customer service from a different dealership, we decided to try Galeana Jeep and we are glad that we did. Our salesman, Al Auletta went out of his way to provide quality customer service. He was quick to offer his assistance, knowledgeable and attentive.
I usually despise the entire process of buying a car! The day before we went to Toyota & the salesman drove us crazy with his non stop persistence. Even when we stated they didn't have what we were looking for, he kept getting us to wait and wait and wait! Finally, exasperated my husband left while I hid in the car because I knew it was going to be a hard sell. I'd rather lose a toe than buy a car like that! The next day we went to Galloway Direct. Rich Festa, the salesman was as pleasant as he could be. No hard sell, no harassing, no long horrible wait. Also, the closing agent was extremely nice. The overall experience was a nice surprise! We felt like we got a good fair deal and got a great used 2011 Ford Edge with low miles! It was pristine. We got an extended warranty and free oil changes for 2 years! The facility was pleasant with some great antique Fords inside. I would absolutely recommend them for a great experience!
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
Everyone at Gettel Hyundai provides first class costumer service. They are not pushy and truly want you to be happy with your decisions. Kevin Was my sales associate and made the car experience easy and stress free.
Brought my Dodge Ram is for a problem with the shifter and got excellent service from Rudy Vargas. Although the actual part was on back order. Rudy set me up with a car for a week and was great about calling me and giving me updates on the part.
I was so very pleased that my Jeep was serviced in a very brief time and that my advisor John Woodward was a excellent advisor and was spot on with his completion of my paperwork. He also advised me of a recall which he immediately had fixed.
My Seatbelt failed in the retracted position. James Patton worked with me to help fix the problem in a quick and economical fashion. He went above and beyond to expedite the repair quickly so that I could have my jeep back before the weekend. James communicated on a regular basis to keep me informed of progress. The car was out of warranty however given the safety issue, Jeep cover half the cost of the repair. I greatly appreciate James and Jeep's attention to customer satisfaction. This is why I own two Jeeps (2018 Rubicon and 2015 Willys)
We have purchased or leased a "substantial" number of vehicles over several decades. From our entrance to the dealership through to closing the deal with Financial Manager Anthony Leli it was a pleasurable experience.
