Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.
Randy Eilert helped make this experience a delightful one for me. I had not looked for a car in many years and due to a accident needed to find a car in a short period of time. So, the pressure was on. I had decided to visit every dealership I passed in my travels. Which I believe I did! Volvo was the third dealership I visited. I met Randy outside of the dealership and he immediately made me feel right at home. He listened to everything I had to say about what I was looking for in a vehicle, price etc. For the next few days, I continued on my journey. After visiting more dealerships and test driving many other cars, I decided to go back to Volvo. Not only because I felt the car was a superior vehicle, but because Randy spent so much time with me and answered all of my questions over and over again. Randy is a true professional and knowledgeable in all things Volvo. Rocky Rycenga was extremely helpful to me and he is an asset to this dealership. Everyone at this dealership is friendly, courteous and has great customer service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and I so enjoy driving my new Volvo!

Everyone is welcomed with a genuine smile and and we are fortunate to have a Service Advisor with her depth of knowledge of all things Volvo. She is also an adept translator of ???my car is making this noise??? into intelligible customer requests for her Service Technicians. She returns calls promptly and courteously, and keeps you up to date on your car if you are waiting for it. She treats her co-workers with the same respect she does customers. No matter how busy things are, she has a smile. She is truly an important asset to her dealership.

We were greeted by Edens at the front door and he welcomed us to sit down and discuss what we wanted. He was very attentive and helped us select the right model for us. He had us test drive the car and explained the interior workings. He answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the car and we felt very relaxed . We had been to several other dealers but Edens was the best salesman that we had we encountered. The whole process was exceptional.
I usually despise the entire process of buying a car! The day before we went to Toyota & the salesman drove us crazy with his non stop persistence. Even when we stated they didn't have what we were looking for, he kept getting us to wait and wait and wait! Finally, exasperated my husband left while I hid in the car because I knew it was going to be a hard sell. I'd rather lose a toe than buy a car like that! The next day we went to Galloway Direct. Rich Festa, the salesman was as pleasant as he could be. No hard sell, no harassing, no long horrible wait. Also, the closing agent was extremely nice. The overall experience was a nice surprise! We felt like we got a good fair deal and got a great used 2011 Ford Edge with low miles! It was pristine. We got an extended warranty and free oil changes for 2 years! The facility was pleasant with some great antique Fords inside. I would absolutely recommend them for a great experience!
Found the 2012 Toyota Highlander on a Cars.com search. Contacted the dealer and was responded to immediately. Arrived at the dealership and was met immediately and shown the car which was as described. It was immaculate and dealer had mounted new tires and new brakes. Jesse completed the sales process in an efficient and thorough manner, making sure our questions were addressed. The finance dept. arranged the financing rapidly through our credit union online. The whole process took about 3 hours including test drive. So far I am very pleased with the vehicle and very pleased with the treatment we received at Scanlon Acura.

From the minute you park your car and walk into the showroom you are greeted kindly and attended to promptly. I had the pleasure of working with Santiago he was my salesman. Very attentive very knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi brand. I also worked with Cody who really worked hard to get me into a new vehicle. Finally wrapping up all the paperwork was Ray. He was very patient with all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I say Mitsubishi all the way!!
From the moment I arrived till the final delivery of my vehicle they were all very professional and accommodating. This was one of the best buying experiences. I normally hate car shopping but this was different. There was no haggling. Everything was straight forward and I didn???t feel pressured to buy. Javi, Mike, Ray and Cody were all very patient with my decisiveness. I would recommend Bonita Mitsubishi and of course Javi my salesman to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.

This was the best experience we have had with dealership personnel starting with the receptionist who connected us Arlington Fritz who introduced to his manager Syed Madni. From our entrance to the dealership through to closing the deal with Financial Manager Anthony Leli it was a pleasurable experience.
