An AWD Mini Countryman was on the agenda. Spoke to Frank the week before and he guaranteed me they had two. When I entered the showroom, there it was: gorgeous, filled with the amenities I was looking for and the price range I had expected. All of the associates we dealt with were super friendly. I would highly recommend Mini of Tempe. Ask for Frank, he is very knowledgeable and will do his best to get a great deal for you.
Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast. They were the first to contact me back and setup nearly everything over the phone and email as I live in Tucson and had to keep working during the process. Once I was pre-approved all that was left was to head up, test drive, and sign. Super friendly and helpful every step of the way even to a Wildcat fan like myself. Do yourself a favor and shop with these guys. They will get you what you need at the price you are looking for. Good to know there are still trustworthy family owned businesses still out there even if they are Sundevil fans. These guys are quality people.

Loved Patrick he was wonderful. Narrowed down to what we wanted and the price extended was same dealer discount as one on line. Asked if we bought 2 cars (one used but still a total of 65 or so K) if better deal. Answer was no. Got finance offer of 9.8. Asked for better. Came back after running our credit w offer of 4.9.still Not great. We have excellent credit. Enter finance manager. Basically asked what he could do for us. Pretty clear we wanted better finance rate. Attitude of him was just brutal. Patronizing and rude. Unfortunately after 5 min of dealing w him we left the dealership w a sour taste and a disappointed daughter. Felt badly for Patrick as he was fantastic.
I was happy to be in and out fairly quickly. Albert the sales man was very friendly and do everything for me to meet my needs. He listened to what I was anted and did not try to up sale me which is very annoying to me

I just want to say I enjoyed my time at Avondale Dodge. Nygel Newborn was awesome! He was a laid back guy and never pushed us. During the time, it felt Nygil was a friend trying his best to get every incentive and rebates. When I walked out of the dealership, my daughters said they saw rainbows and unicorns, on how happy they were as well.
Although we spent more time at the dealer than anticipated, DeWayne was patient with us. He was friendly and helped us find a Ram within our budget that we love. Jesse, in finance, was very informative and explained our options available for refinancing in the future to decrease the time and amount we pay. We had a great experience overall.
I had been out searching for a new truck for a couple of weeks. I decided on what I wanted and set the financing up ahead of time. After the horrible finance service I recieved at another dealer I was expecting the worst when I contacted Thad at Larry H Miller. I told him what I wanted and asked for an out the door price on the model I was after. Thad got me the price I wanted and I headed to the dealership. When I arrived it was the easiest process I have ever had at a dealership. We walked out to the truck, I said thait was the one I was after and went in to sign the papers. Half an hour later I was in the financing office signing the last of the paperwork. The only negative i have was the time I had to wait for the detail guys to finish the truck. After a time I realized how many cars they were dealing with so I sat back waited. Thad and the guys in finance had it set up and ready to go much quicker than I expected without any pressure to use their financing company, without trying to sell me products or services I didn't want, and without any B.S. I have already recommended them to others and I will continue to do so.
Bought a new 2018 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership and was very satisfied with quality of detail and service. I received a fair price and my trade-in was equally fair priced. Follow-up was excellent, as well as the presentation from the salesman. I would definitely go back for another vehicle.
Avondale dodge was first stop as they had best best inventory and customer service over the phone ,dewayne black helped me and i ended up purchasing my challenger same day ,one of the best sales men I???ve worked with,he actually works with you and not only throws numbers at you and try to get you to sign and leave ,even help me find the right color .
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
