You can not get better service than Lisa Chabrier at San Tan Volkswagen!! She is a little ball of fire that GETS IT DONE!! She is willing to walk you thru every available car in your range, and then fights for you to get the best deal possible!! And while she's taking care of your paperwork, the rest of the office comes over to offer you a beverage and to just chat and make sure you're comfortable!! They do NOT attack you as you come thru the door, but will bend over backwards to help you with any needs or concerns. I just cannot say enough about what an amazing experience this was for me! Lisa is a rockstar!!
First of all, I'm glad the dealership next door sucked and we went to Avondale Mazda.

I just want to say I enjoyed my time at Avondale Dodge. Nygel Newborn was awesome! He was a laid back guy and never pushed us. During the time, it felt Nygil was a friend trying his best to get every incentive and rebates. When I walked out of the dealership, my daughters said they saw rainbows and unicorns, on how happy they were as well.
They made the whole process of my original purchase and now my first vehicle service easy and smooth. Ty my sales representative was very courteous. Louie in the service department made my experience wonderful, there was no waiting to be helped!
Although we spent more time at the dealer than anticipated, DeWayne was patient with us. He was friendly and helped us find a Ram within our budget that we love. Jesse, in finance, was very informative and explained our options available for refinancing in the future to decrease the time and amount we pay. We had a great experience overall.
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.

Lost both of my key fobs and had to have my car towed to dealer for new key fob & programming. Pleasant experience with both parts & service depts. Service also took care of an airbag recall while I was there. Overall great experience.
