I bought this car for my 16 year old twins at Sunrise Ford North Hollywood and they LOVE it and so do I! I had a small issue 3 months later, brought it in, and it was fixed immediately at no charge. Thank you to Daemeth Rooney and his sales staff. It was a great experience!
First off, I called before coming for service appointment for "quicklane". I was never informed that the old location closed and I drove around and around. Once I was redirected by the nice technician in the old quicklane space to the "regular service" entrance, it took approximately10 minutes to be greeted. My service technical came out and he was neutral, he asked questions the system already confirmed. Maybe because I arrived at 830am the service department might have been short staffed. I would recommend better greeting and reception services.
16 months ago a new starter motor was installed in my older model Ford F-450 work truck. For whatever reason the replacement part failed prematurely at a very inconvenient time. We desperately needed this truck for picking up merchandise which will be shipping overseas on a container going out next week. Originally, I was told the truck wouldn't be ready until Monday or Tuesday but after hearing our predicament my service writer and the service manager worked together to expedite the repairs. I picked up the truck on Saturday much to my surprise and relief. And to top it off they covered it under warranty! Star Ford is the best!
I found my new vehicle on line at Simi Valley Ford. I had been looking for a used Subaru Forester and they had a 2011 with 169,000 miles on it. They kept on asking if I knew how many miles it had on it. My husband and I are now a two-Subaru family - he drives a 1998 Forester and, of course, I get the 2011 in beautiful Paprika Red Pearl. The vehicle turned out to be in beautiful condition and I was thrilled. Their pricing was excellent. All the salesmen were great including the manager. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Ford or a used car.
My Escape had to have a recall repair recently. Kevin scheduled and rescheduled my appointment without any problems always returning my calls. He also did the same for my husband who needed repairs on his 1997 Thunderbird. My husband called him numerous times regarding this and he always was courteous and helpful.
During my regular oil change service appointment Simi Ford found a lug nut problem that could have left me stranded if I got a flat. My Service Specialist Luis went above and beyond taking care of the repair at a very reasonable price. I will be coming back to Simi Ford for my future repairs, and especially for Luis.
Special shout out to my salesmen TOM LYNCH! TOM was just amazing with everything. He made my car buying experience special and just wonderful. This was my first time purchasing a car all by myself and of course i had tons of questions and also i had him repeat things so i can fully understand and he was wonderful. Very patient and also very funny guy. I recommend everyone who's in the market for a car, come to Simi Valley Ford and see TOM LYNCH! And the rest of the staff. The sales staff is terrific! :)
I purchased a pre-owned car from Wondries Ford last year, and have been using their maintenance services on a regular basis. Admittedly, I had reservations getting my car serviced at the dealer due to prior experience with a different make and dealer. I've had a great experience with Wondries Ford service department! They are reasonably priced, know their vehicles, provide awesome customer service, and send email reminders. This makes keeping my car maintained stress free! I have a bit of a commute to work, and it is critical my car is taken care of!
