Quite pleased with your service department, overall. Folks at the dealership are always pleasant to deal with and strive to be helpful!
My only 'issue' is in fact not with the dealership's service department nor the personnel...but is rather with the difficulty in obtaining body and interior components for my (2002) Ford Escort ZX-2.
...After my car was past 10 years old I've noted that it is nearly impossible to replace items such as interior floor mats...the plastic headlamp covers and items that over time become worn and that I would like to replace or otherwise re-furbish! Ford...(and other auto manufacturers, likewise)...provide little in the way of resources to allow owners to replace worn interior and exterior trim items and even certain mechanical components...once vehicles become more than a decade old.
Some of us who purchase a car new and who take care of and maintain pride in owning it for long intervals, are thus 'frustrated'...discovering we are left to our own resources once we eventually do require replacement parts to maintain our vehicles to our satisfaction.
I do NOT hold the dealership responsible for this...but it is unfortunate and frustrating when one is unable to diligently maintain the vehicle to high standards past 10 years due to unavailability of replacement components. I wish Ford and the other manufacturers would stock replacement items for longer spans, so as to accommodate 'long-term ownership'!
