My previous Fiesta that I also bought from Bob Allen Ford was in accident/totaled. So when dealing with insurance companies you don't have time to go out comparing. I sent my request online for help finding my car. I also did my credit approval online. So when "Woody" responded that he had what I was looking for, we set up to meet after sending me a picture of the car. From the time I walked in to the time i drove away in the my new Fiesta was just over 90 minutes. The Jason and Guy got me some nice deals for my car as well. Looking forward to my next purchase (hoping in another 6-7 years.)
I bought a new Mustang from Matt Ford and knew I would take my F-150 to them to have the tailgate lock serviced. They did good work, had the truck back quickly, and did not charge much for the service. I am a loyal Matt Ford customer. They have always treated me very well.
We located a 4x4 truck at Show Me Auto Mall North in Belton, Missouri. It looked good except for a rusty latch and some small scratches on the fender. Although the purchase process was not the speediest, we did purchase the truck and asked them to replace the latch and touch up the scratches, which they did.
After leaving the dealership, we couldn’t tune in radio stations and noticed the antenna (on the scratched side) was missing. We purchased an antenna but were unable to install it.
We had driven the truck for several months and were happy with it. One day while walking on a deck, we were able to see the top of the truck and noticed the roof of the cab had a dent with missing paint and long scratches. The dent was on the same side as the touched up area. We were disappointed and feeling bad about the purchase. We thought we’d call the dealer and see what they had to say. They were willing to repair it to make it right! Logan offered to install the antenna at the same time. The repair job on the roof is excellent.
This made us very happy and gives us confidence in Show Me Auto Mall North to treat customers well.
I went to HMH with my mother to look for a used car. Both Charlie and Terry were very helpful. They listened to what my mother was looking for and found a great fit! They were Not high pressure. They were very fair. We appreciate the experience! Would definitely recommend HMH if you are looking for a good fair deal!
I have been looking for the car I purchased for about a year. Found the car and called Northtown even auto and was lucky to have Carl carter answer the phone. I made an offer for the car and Carl got back to me in about 10 minutes. I made another offer and had a very nice conversation with Carl about this process and again after taking to the owner they came back with an agreement we both could live with. I live in Massachusetts and doing a deal long distance was a little concerning I did not see the car in person but Carl assured me the car was on great shape and I would not be disappointed when it arrived. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis on what I needed and put me in touch with Keith to get all of the paperwork completed. I hope the owner of the company gets to read this because he should be very, very proud to have such dedicated employees working for the company. I only wished i could have met Carl and Keith to thank them ln person
Buying a car here was one of the most comfortable car buying experiences I've ever had. My salesman Todd Wood was absolutely amazing. The finance manager didn't try to hustle on the warranty and made me feel very comfortable about my new car. Overall this is a great dealership and one that I will look to in the future and will recommend to any one I know looking for a new car.
