Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.
My experience with Varsity Ford was excellent Tony Madison was very helpful in every way possible if I were to buy another vehicle or suggest buying another vehicle it would definitely be from Varsity Ford and I would highly recommend Tony Madison to any of my friends and family

This guy is what a real salesman is, when I made it to my appointment to pick up my car, he had the car ready for the test the testdrive, he didn't try to push another car on me, he was nice,respectful and went above and beyond of what he needed too.For this reason I will be buying my next car from him.!!! We needed a roomier ride but the new Rav 4s didn’t seem as comfortable as our 2011 rav 4. We weren’t ready for a highlander so this Ford Edge met our short term (and possibly longer) needs
This was our fourth time purchasing a vehicle at Atchinson Ford. Our Salesperson Don Swinson is a pleasure to work with. Don doesn't just want to sell you a vehicle, he works very hard to get you into the vehicle you are looking for. I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks guys! Great way to handle this situation! If this should happen to anyone again I hope they can expect the same from you.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
Came in this morn.which what I thought was a huge trans.problem on my 2012 Ford Focus Jim in service quickly advised me on a trans module extended waranty by Ford . Fixed the problem in 4 hrs. Drove me home picked me up ,fixed 4 door latches on re-call and washed the car. Very satisfied!!

This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.
From the show room to the service department to the body shop this dealership is the best I’ve ever had the privilege to patronize. The entire staff in this dealership is by far the best group of people I have ever encountered.
Bought a used SUV from here. My sales person was Matt G. and he was a pleasure to work with.. when I called on a different vehicle on a Monday, it had sold the previous Saturday. Matt checked the lot and found a similar vehicle that had just come in on trade that had the features I wanted. The car needed to be inspected, serviced and detailed, so I had to wait until the end of the week to pick it up. I asked if it could be ready sooner, but Bill Brown Ford is meticulous in their vehicle service and detailing, so I had to wait, BUT, Matt generously offered me a (free) loaner to use! I did not expect that! I was really blown away by Matt's care and concern about my lack of transportation and having to share a vehicle with my spouse and juggle work, appointmentss and life around one family car. My dad had bought and leased cars through Bill Brown Ford for over 20 years and always raved about their customer service. Now, I too, can vouch for this dealership. THANK YOU MATT GRIEBAULT!!!!!!!!!

I was concerned that they wouldn't finish my oil change in the time frame they quoted, but I didn't realize they have 3 bays to work on the cars! Just about then my name was called, I paid, and was on my way!
Bought a 2013 Ford Mystang convertible in an afternoon. Car was priced well - did my research prior to visit Roy is a great salesman - no pressure We got financing through Credit Union One - 72 months - 2.75% interest Wished he disclosed that the convertible boot was missing - pretty costly to replace Had to ask for second OEM key which they are replacing Threw in some touch up paint

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.

Turbo 4 performance has been great and EFFICIENT.
Absolutely love all the cargo room.
Excellent service department. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and service was performed quickly while I waited.

This Ford Edge is a very nice right with great features. I love the Magnetic Gray color with the black interior. Best vehicle I have purchased.
