I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jim Schmitz back in early July. I recently had the brakes replaced with new rotors and had to work done by my mechanic in the town that I live in. I contacted Jim Schmidt about this problem and they have taken care of over half of the bill or paying for the parts and they realized it was a mistake on their part work should have been done originally and they made it right with me I am writing this review into cancel out the other two because they came forward and made it right with the customer( myself).

Very reliable fun driving family vehicle with many safety/security features. Loved the panoramic vista roof, heated and cooled leather seats and the Sony sound system.

Dennis Recker is one of the best sales reps, I've gotten two vehicles through him, he and the team has made it so easy to work with Ford. They made my time important , always making sure I had all the info that I needed on the autos I wanted. I would send any family member and friend to then.
I was looking for a used vehicle to transport myself and dog in comfort for a monthly drive of about 300 miles each way. I found a perfect 2009 Ford Escape (the 2009 Escape still had a high roof, all amenities, front wheel drive only, low mileage, a popular and dependable 4 cylinder and great seat comfort & support). The sales staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Their sales application was only 1 page and with a 25% down payment (not mandatory) and my decent credit, financing and the whole purchase experience was easy and fast. They also knew the history of the vehicle since it was originally purchased there which was also very helpful. They also knocked off several hundred dollars and the vehicle had new tires, wipers, battery, etc. and was very clean. After the purchase, there was no second guessing. I was happy about the vehicle and am confident it will serve our family for years.
I had been looking to purchase a Ford Edge for about 6 months and I do my homework when spending that kind of money. I found a good deal at Mark Moats and even drove nearly an hour to test drive it. I worked with Phil Hagelberger who has years of sales experience and knowledge. Phil was not pushy and I fell like I got an honest deal unlike some of the other dealers I had dealt with when looking.

Cannot say enough about the Edge SEL.
Style, performance, comfort, reliability all wonderful.
Turbo 4 performance has been great and EFFICIENT.
Absolutely love all the cargo room.
Dan & Johnny couldn't have been more helpful. Dan Hall was in constant contact with me and kept me updated all along the way. I had prior credit issues & most salesmen don't work as hard as he did when they come across clients with problem credit! That wasn't the case with Dan Hall at all. He went above and beyond for several days until I had to call off an Awesome Deal he had worked out for me because an emergency came up which I had to put my downpayment towards. That wasn't Dan's or the Dealership's fault it was my personal issue. Ben Davis Auto Group and Dan Hall greatly Deserve this review because of ALL the Very Hard Work they put into my deal I should have been able to make happen! I will return there when I have that downpayment again!

My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new minivan for our family. Honestly, we weren???t looking forward to it - we were overwhelmed and a bit stressed... and the timing for our family budget was rough. We had heard great things about the New Haven O???Daniel Ford, so we decided to at least try to talk to someone. My sister recommended Mike Pocci, and she was 100% accurate. Mike was genuine, kind, and very knowledgeable. He did not try to get us in a more expensive car. He stayed in our budget. He kept in contact with us through text and calls the next free days before we officially signed. We also worked with Ryan Keebler and Mike Everton, and we couldn???t have been more impressed. Everyone was upfront and honest. They all communicated with us throughout the process. This team made this potentially stressful situation easy and even enjoyable! We needed a roomier ride but the new Rav 4s didn’t seem as comfortable as our 2011 rav 4. We weren’t ready for a highlander so this Ford Edge met our short term (and possibly longer) needs

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.
Matt Wilson was the internet manager who helped me with my pricing excellent guy to work with really looks out for you superb customer service Dave forres was just as equally helpful going over the car and helping me with paperwork and everything else this company I would highly recommend it made me turn into a Ford believer once again I would go to Bob Thomas Ford every time highly recommend them for a car
Just bought a used Ford F-250. Very, very smooth transition. I’m not used to this kind ohhf car dealership. Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
Very accommodating.I would Recommend to anyone. They had a wide range of vehicles to choose from.
Id buy another one in a heart beat if I had to

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.

This Ford Edge is a very nice right with great features. I love the Magnetic Gray color with the black interior. Best vehicle I have purchased.
I stopped in to JUST look but when Brian took such good care of all of my needs and made the car buying experience so easy, I ended up leaving with a new car. This is the first domestic car I've owned in 30 years and boy do I love it. I've had Saab, Mini, Acura, Volvo and none of them compared to my Edge.
I would like to commend Fort Wayne Toyota service dept. for their professional assistance repairing my 2016 Tacoma. The master Tech, service advisors, service mgr., rental/loaner person all were very helpful and made my experience worry free.
Great job men and women.

This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.
