We put a lot of mileage on our cars and after going the hybrid route decided it was time to get rid of the noisy drive and all the bumps. Love the Edge as it performs beautifully in both categories. Have not owned it long enough to know reliability. But we'll enjoy the ride till we find out!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

In the last 28 yrs. I have owned four Ford Explorers (new) and had a 99 GT and 14 V6 Mustang (used). I purchased this vehicle Ford certified used earlier this year. My Edge (Titanium model) has exceeded my expectations . It's a very refined vehicle , inside and out. The sync 3 system has been flawless , the seats are excellent , and I especially like the interior lighting. I think Ford has done exceptional job on the Edge.

My girlfriend and I just purchased a 2018 Camaro SS. Walking into the dealership, we immediately were welcomed and offered something to drink (unfortunately beer isn't on the menu). The two saleswomen-EMILY & BRIGITTE were so friendly, cute, and relaxed that I would ask for them again for future car purchases. They made this a quick, easy and enjoyable car purchase. Sales Manager, MIGEL, is a funny guy who puts off an old pal feeling, while taking care of business efficiently and with a smile. The price of the car was amazing, and they (along with manager) immediately offered a generous and fair trade in value on our truck. I can only honestly tell any potential buyers out there to stop in and make it a point to support such a warm and friendly staff, while also getting tons of bang for your buck.

Drove a Ford vehicle everyday for the better part of 30 years. LTD, Crown Vic’s and Explorers That took abuse from fleet use and never quit. Transmissions typical Ford but they lasted 100000 miles or better. This Edge by far comfortable, adequate power and smartly styled. Excellent value for the money.

Just bought this car today. Put 80 miles just driving it back home. Performance is good, but has the larger engine in it. It does have mirrors that tell you if something is in your blindspot so that will take some getting used to as I turned around to look and couldn't see. Love the lift gate and panoramic roof. All in all, so far, so good.

I went here recently to test drive a vehicle that I wanted to see the style of it, also to make sure whether it would be roomy enough for my family. I had no intentions of getting this vehicle due to a bad experience at a different dealership, that same day earlier that morning. I was greeted by a man named Lonnie. He was full of smiles wanting to know what he could help me with. I thought to myself that I just didn't have the patience for this, but told him that I wanted to test drive a vehicle. He got the keys and we drove around. While driving around he tried to sell me on some of the features, but I stopped him stating that I just wanted to see if the style and size would work for what I was looking for. I felt bad like I was being rude to him, so I explained how my morning was with the other dealership and explained why I felt I wouldn't be able to get this vehicle since it was much newer and way nicer, but just wanted to get an idea of what I should look at for my family. After listening to me vent, he apologized. I told him there was no reason for him to apologize since that had nothing to do with him. He went on to tell me that is one of the many reasons as to why he works where he does. That he enjoys his job because it is not just a business, but a family with different philosophies than most other dealerships. His statement made me smile and feel a little better, so when we got back to the dealership, I told him that I would go ahead and try for it, even though I didn't have any high hopes. Watching as he was doing the paperwork and as his manager (Doug) then a financial tech (George) came over to help, seeing the communication, the guidance and training, the teamwork..it was completely different than the dealership from earlier that morning. It made me relax more and believe Lonnie's words that not everyone does things like we do. It made me feel like I made the right choice to come into this dealership. Granted I still didn't have any hopes to get the vehicle, but some of the tension was definitely lifted from my shoulders. It was now after closing hours and I started to feel bad that I was keeping these guys at work, when they could have gone home, but they stated that they stay until they have taken care of each and every person that is there, regardless of timing. It just gave me the kind of, I am important feeling, if that makes sense. A little later the financial man, George, came back over to tell me that he had good news and bad news. I was of course thinking that the news he was about to say was that I needed to have a crazy large amount for a down payment or that there was just no way that I could get this. I was prepared to hear it so I told him to go ahead and give me the bad news...he says "the bad news was that the banks were closed, so they can't finish the paperwork until Monday, which means I couldn't have the keys until Monday, but the good new was that it was mine and wanted to know what time I could come pick it up". I had to double look and make sure whether I heard him correctly. With tears of joy, I immediately stood up and hugged all 3 men, thanking them. My morning started bad that day, but going to that dealership that evening was completely well worth it!! On Monday, I went back and was greeted by name, which also showed me the friendliness they provide to their customers. Lonnie was very helpful throughout the finishing signatures. He even had to tease before handing me the keys..."that the vehicle was still on the lot" silly guy, but it made me smile. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Their integrity, friendliness, teamwork, laughter, and family oriented attitude is why I am now a customer for life!!!! My salesman will always be Lonnie, as long as he is there!!!! At this point I probably sound like a broken record, but I have to continue to give credit where it is due. On one recent visit, I took my 2016 Ford Explorer for service: (1) replace some missing door drain caps lost by the folks that oil sprayed my car, (2) oil change and maintenance, and (3) examine a small scratch on the front-right fender. Kim Wolfram, yet again, sets the standard of service excellence. 1 and 2 were handled no problem, but for 3, she, herself, procured the matching touch-up paint and patched it on her own. People, I have no words, none. I hope Mr. Klaben realizes what a true asset she is to his organization. I will take my vehicle nowhere else but to her. On a subsequent visit with my daughter's 2015 Ford Escape, yet again, Kim ensured the vehicle was mechanically safe for her return to college, but also thoroughly explained to her what happened, etc. I also wanted some Ford all weather mats for the cabin and trunk, which Kim made no big deal of and ensured we left with them in the vehicle. This is the way it is supposed to be, no muss, no fuss, just results. Klaben has this family as customers for life!

Front wheel drive is an excellent handling car. I don’t believe it is as exceptional as the all wheel drive model. Not sure I would purchase again vs the Jeep Grand Cherokee

very rarely do I enjoy car shopping since my favorite salesman moved away but the staff at Klaben made it so seem less and painless I'm sure I will return. My dad has become a "Lincoln" man after leasing his first MKZ 3 years ago. This version Edge Sport is darn near perfect! Twin turbo's smooth as glass and the resulting 315 HP is great for passing in short zones. Fit and finish is flawless. Interior is well appointed and comfortable.

2017 Ford edge titanium , had to replace tires before 30000 miles. Took on trip and whole radio, GPS, touch screen quit working. Button s below would not work either. Driving thru snow storm and can't get defrost to turn on. Very scary. Called Ford for assistance and got someone over seas. Told us to contact our dealership, was told not a safety issue for recall. Really!!!!! Was told to take to a dealership in AZ. And leave so they could look at it, no rental or loaner car. I'm like thousands of miles from home.

Went to the original dealership to have my Jeep fixed (GanleyAuroraChrysler Jeep). They quoted me over $3,000 to repair my heater. (2013 Wrangler). Called Haas Auto Mall in Ravenna. They fixed the heater problem for under $600.00. Very pleased with there service, care, true professionalism. I will be going back there again for all my maintenance needs!

This was our first lease experience. We were concerned about the overall quality of the Edge, but since we were leasing, we decided to give it a try. Once we settled on the specific vehicle we wanted, we told the dealership (Columbia Ford) we were going to shop around at all the other Ford dealerships in eastern Conn for the best deal. No other dealers could compete, except for the Ford dealership in Plainfield, Ct, except they did not have the car. We are very pleased with the lease to date. The Ford Edge has proven to be well made and reliable. Only two issues, a defective battery and an overhead hand grip that became dislodged; both items promptly corrected by Columbia Ford at no cost. The Ford edge meets our needs: all wheel drive, large roomy, stylish design, plenty of power, good heating and cooling. Plus a dealership that is a most attentive and caring about our needs.

I could not be more pleased with my purchase of this vehicle. I bought this SUV new on December 28,2017. Here are my observations after 1 year and 9,527 miles. Vehicle: 2017 Ford Edge SEL. Options I chose: All-Wheel-Drive, 2.0 Ecoboost engine, Blue Jeans Metallic exterior, Ebony leather interior The good: A lot of feature content on the SEL trim. Mine has leather seats, heated front seats, power driver & front passenger seats, heated steering wheel, fog lights and much more. The interior is very comfortable and VERY spacious. I am 6 ft 6 in tall and I have plenty room to spare in both the front and rear seats. One of my big reasons for choosing the Edge over other SUVs was how spacious it is. The ride on both the highway and in town is excellent and the cabin is very quiet even at 70 miles per hour. Cargo space is generous and the 2nd row seats fold down which is helpful. The gas mileage is acceptable for a mid size crossover. I average 21 mpg and on the few road trips I gone on, I've averaged 26-27 on the highway. The All-Wheel-Drive system works great in snow. The AWD is intelligent meaning that there is no button to push or dial to turn when AWD is needed, the car senses the road conditions and activates AWD when appropriate. The build quality and reliability has been top-notch so far. The size is perfect for driving around town and driving on the highway. The Bad: Value for the money. If you buy the Edge brand new, the price is very close to that of an Explorer or other 3 row vehicle. To add onto it, the resale value is mediocre at best. I looked up the trade in value the other day and it's quite low considering how much it costs new. I'm not planning on selling it anytime soon so this isn't an issue for me but if you like to trade often, this will be a downer.If you need three rows of seats, the Edge isn't the vehicle for you as there is no three row option, which is great for people like me who don't want or need a 3rd row of seats. Verdict: The Edge was a great choice for me , I very satisfied with it and I hope to own it for a long time. This is my 2nd Ford Edge, the first one being a 2011 SEL that I traded in after 22,000 miles for a pickup truck in 2013. I have observed that the 2017 is an upgrade from the 2011. The car I traded in to buy the '17 Edge was a '13 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited. The Outback was a very good reliable car(46,000 miles with no issues) but it wasn't quite as comfortable and spacious as my Edge is. I would certainly recommend the Ford Edge to anyone looking for a practical,spacious,comfortable SUV.
