I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

The SPORT with the 2.7L 6 cylinder engine is a really, good suv for the money - NOT the lower trim versions, particularly with the 2.0L 4 cylinder. Those are rental fleet appliances. The SPORT, however, is properly quick. Handling is acceptable considering it sits on a front wheel drive chassis that does awd as a side hustle. The interior design is ok and can be had with a lot of premium features like hands-free parking, adaptive cruise, remote start and a huge sunroof. But it's all about that 2.7L V6 engine.

I had a difficult time deciding on the model of Toyota to buy, being a long time Tacoma owner moving to a car. Ali Kalami had endless patience with me and after I settled on a RAV4, he spent a very long time showing me and helping me with all the features it has. I was given a great trade in price for my Tacoma. My experience with all the employees I had contact with during the purchasing process were great! My wife and I test-drove a used 2018 Escape, Explorer and this Ford Edge before my purchase. This is the Platinum model with 20" tires and all the bells and whistles. I have to tell you that after driving this car for over a year it has far exceeded my expectations with regard to a quiet and smooth drive as well as comfort. I initially had some concern that the 2.0L 4cyl would be too small, but it provides all the pep and passing power I could ask for. Frankly, I have been amazed by this little engine. I have a towing pkg, but only use the hitch for a cargo carrier we purchased. If I could change one thing about the car it would be a rear tailgate window that opens. Unfortunately, there are few newer models (if any) that provide a rear window that opens. If I had it to do over again, I'd definitely buy this car without any hesitation! I traded my 2011 Ford Escape Limited on this car and am really impressed how far Ford has come with technology and refinement.

Took my cadillac in for service and tire rotation. Had them check alignment and found the front out of alignment so they made adjustments and got me out in record time. They go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied.

Stopped by with a simple issue (at least it was for Austin) and was treated kindly by several knowledgeable Automotive Technicians. Friendliest folks I have encountered of late and I can't Thank them enough. Austin was cool as heck and so were the other guys I encountered. Should have got their names as well. My bad. Highest recommendation!

My service advisor Barbara was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I did not realize it would take a few hours for the service I was there for so Barbara immediately made arrangements to get me a ride home.

After dealing with jeff city, where we bought the Honda, this was a nice surprise. Andrew told me they would work us in and Michelle was very efficient and helpful. All in all, everyone we met was a good ambassador for the business. I was very stressed about this situation and Michelle gave us special treatment and made sure we were taken care of. Orleans ford gave my wife such a great deal on her trade in she ended up purchasing a 2025 f250 roush. Loves everything from the good deal on the trade in, our sales person Richie and we have been buying trucks thru Orleans Ford for years and there service team is outstanding too, very little issues over the years but always in and out problem resolved. For some of the nicest trucks around and normally plenty of trucks to choose from.. New or used great place we'll be back again.
