On a Sunday I inquired about a used car Byers Kia was showing on line. By 8:00 I had two responses. Jared, the first response was the salesperson I worked with. I drove up from Cincinnati on Monday morning. The entire staff was great to work with. They offered me a fair trade in. We agree on a price for the new car. The transaction was quick and I drove the car new car him that day. Thank you Jared!!!!

We recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Byers Ford and had a very good experience. Josh was very helpful throughout the whole buying process and everyone was very nice and there were no pushy sales people here at all. The price was very reasonable and the car was in excellent condition. The detailing on it was so good that it almost looked brand new and several people have asked me if it was a new model. We drove from out of state and I had been in communication with other dealers closer to home and found them to be annoying, sending numerous emails and texts and calls but this was not the case at Byers. Our dealings were professional and timely. They knew we wanted to drive back to Kansas and they did their best to speed the process along so we could be on our way. My husband always dreads buying cars but this was the easiest experience we have had in awhile. We really appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to haggle.
My only complaint was that the vehicle was advertised as a higher grade model than it actually was and I was quite disappointed as it was really what I was looking for which is why we drove so far to get it. We went ahead and purchased because it was a good car and it was a fair price, even for the lower model grade. The extended warranty is good and covers just about everything- we probably paid more for that than we should have and hopefully we won’t need it but our experience generally has been that they are worth the cost so we felt inclined to purchase it.
It was far away, but I would be willing to make the drive and buy from these guys again.
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
The best customer service with no pressure buying. Our sales guy Jay was terrific and everyone we came in contact with were so focused on customer service. I???ve purchased a lot of cars/trucks and this was the best experience
Drew did a fine job of putting up with me. I know I can be a difficult customer, because I want what I want. In the end, I got that. Had a good time. Struck the deal & now have another 18 Focus because my first Focus got hit by a semi less than a month after I bought it. I have now purchased 14 vehicles from Ricart over the years. 15th should be free
I called for appointment in response from Ford recall on seatbelts inspection and had an oil change done. The new location is very impressive. You can see your vehicle being serviced through a large picture window in the customer waiting area. I got there at 8:00 AM and service was completed before 9:00. Very pleased with the friendly people and quick service.
I stopped by to have my car repaired. While I was there the excellent sales team checked to see if I might be interested in a new car. Unfortunately, they did not have the model I was looking for in stock. I expect that they will follow up if they find the car I am looking for.
