I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.
Their service department is awesome. Which is a good thing since Ford cars are not the best quality. Things keeping breaking or wearing out on our 2013 Ford Explorer that I would not expect, or I have not seen in other cars. If you buy a ford make sure to buy the extended warranty or else it will cost you more in the long run.
Every time I purchase a vehicle at this dealership and have my vehicles serviced, I receive VIP treatment by my favorite service representative, ROY AYABE! He is the best! He provides superior customer service every single time! Thank you, Walnut Creek Ford, for providing the most courteous and caring people and the best service always!
We had an excellent car buying experience with Jeff Frigard at Livermore Ford. We were looking for an Explorer and Jeff thoughtfully walked us through the various models and features. Jeff also took the time to explain and demonstrate the vehicle's many features. Once we knew what we wanted, Jeff went out of his way to find a vehicle with the color and all of the options we were looking for. Jeff made sure we got the Explorer that we wanted and that all of our questions had been answered - and he knows the answers!! It was such a pleasure working with such an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Manager. Livermore Ford is also a great place to buy a car. The Finance Manager who worked with us, Troy Ryan, had us out of there in record time! Would definitely recommend checking them oit
Easy to get an appointment, prompt and reliable servicing of my car, friendly and available staff, update and comforting waiting room, as well as complementary shuttle to home and back all have contributed to my continued use of Walnut Creek Ford’s Service Department.
Opps! I may have been reading the oil dip stick incorrectly. You should have showed me what I was doing wrong. Its almost impossible to correctly read the dip stick unless you turn it 180 degrees so the oil doesn't was up the side giving an incorrect reading.
