Love everything about Signature Ford, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Calm and welcoming setting (unlike other dealerships I've been to). The Service Department goes way above and beyond!!!! I love the fact that they will pick up and drop off my vehicle for maintenance, I don't have to miss any work or spend a day off sitting and waiting. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Signature Ford of Perry, I just wanted to write a review to show my experience with this dealer. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by sales rep Mike Shenk who immediately assisted me with the vehicle I was interested in. Mike discussed the vehicle with me and with some further conversation with his manager (?), I was able to test drive the vehicle to see if it was the right one for me. This is something that I was not able to do at another local Ford dealer so that is two thumbs up for Mike and this dealer. They treated me with courtesy and did not pressure me, understanding that if the car was a right fit, a deal was to be made. The car was not for me for my specific needs/desires, however if it was, I would have no hesitation with wanting to do business with Mike and Signature Ford of Perry.
We were looking for a low mileage, used Lincoln MKZ Hybrid and found one at Signature Lincoln in MIchigan, two hundred miles from our home in Ohio. Drove to the dealer and arrived late Saturday afternoon. Our sales rep. Joe Cantu immediately offered a test drive and following a short discussion, we left the dealer and said we would call back. After a long ride home, we decided to notify Joe that we wanted to purchase the car. On Monday we returned, and the car was clean and ready to go. Joe was very helpful and accommodating to us, as out of state buyers, and responsive to phone calls and emails. Great purchase. Thanks, Joe.

We went to Pauli Ford because we needed a new commuter that got good gas mileage and also had enough room for our growing family. We worked with Paul Phillips who was great. I???ve bought a lot of cars over the years and he???s one of the few that I didn???t feel was trying to either hustle me through the process or push me into something. He listened to our needs and worked with us to get us into a new Fusion which we???re thrilled with! Brian Corbin who closed our deal was also great to work with and explained all our options on that end to make sure we got exactly what we needed. We also dealt with Tricia who helped us get our old lease closed out and even met Brian Pauli himself who took time to talk with us and make sure we were satisfied. Overall a great experience. We???ll be going back in a few months to trade my wife???s car in as well!

We recently had a 2016 Ford Edge that ended up qualifying for the Ford Buy Back Program. It was a long process. The owner and sales staff were kind and patient with us during this stressful time. I recently purchased a vehicle "out of state" for the first time through LaFontaine & they made it an easier process than I anticipated. A big to Jeremy Trent who was friendly, professional, & responsive throughout all of our communication leading up to & after the sale. Everyone else that I've talked to at LaFontaine has shown the same. Not all car buying experiences are alike (& I've had some less than favorable), but this went as well as I had hoped, enough so to write a review which is something I rarely do. I would purchase from them again, even being a few states away.

I purchased a used Ford Expedition. I worked with Bret during the sales process. Bret made himself a available to answer questions and was very knowledgeable about the buying process. The guys actually delivered my car to my house which was over 65 miles away. Thanks Bret! Now the not so good, but I do not see this being Bret’s fault. Some guy from warranty department contacted me and tried selling me some useless warranties I didn’t want. He then claimed I wanted some glass treatment done which was $895.00. I never wanted it done. Then I was told it was standard on every car. Who pays $895.00 for a glass treatment on a used car? The sales manager did not impress me either. He tried creating a high pressure sales environment when I was there. I don’t appreciate high pressure sales. They wouldn’t take my word that I would be in a few days later to buy the car. Where’s the trust? The only reason I would ever go back to that place would be to have Bret as my sales guy.
