I???ve been here twice in 5 months for a car. Each time Eric and the rest of the Team at Camelback Ford went to the ends of the earth (Southwest United States) to find the best car for me. In addition their caring customer service extends to the service department and making sure I???m completely satisfied with my purchase.
I appreciated Mr Derrick customer service and hospitality he really went above and beyond to get my mom into the used 2015 Escape she wanted.I was a real blessing to work with and all the others. They all worked as a team for us to be able to go home happy. Even when we got thirsty and hungry. They treated us to satisfaction.. Derrick made us feel likethis was the best place to be I on a Saturday. It turn out to be so in the end even with financing. I want to also give a special to salesman Brian there and salesman Key on at Chapman Chevorlet who our original person but sent over to Brian at for who sent us to Derrick..lol. It was awesome to see people work together lime that. Much blessings to them all and families.

Jacob and his manager worked very hard to find a car for me. Finally secured one all the way in Tucson and had it brought up all the way to Scottsdale. They also managed to lower my APR and get me in with a better bank. All around good experience.
Jamie Palmisano was able to resolve our issue with the door guards and get answers to our question concerning our purchase agreement. A mistake was found and we were refunded the amount in question. Thanks for your help and great service Jamie!

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
I bought a car last week , Guy.baram was the sales rep and he just been very professional, kind , nice and polite ... made my purchase go smooth and fit for my needs ... totally recommend , guy is the right guy for your needs.

Mirna did an outstanding job in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. I brought it in for a 10,000 mile service, and they discovered a serious corrosion problem with my battery. The battery and wire harness had to be replaced. Mirna kept me up to date through the process as it turned out to be a time consuming process to install the wire harness. But I am grateful it was discovered while I was at the dealer and that they could repair it.
Enjoyed buying a brand new 2019 Mustang. Always loved this car. I got a very good price on my trade in and the entire process was very smooth.
