Dan is the best person in the service department. He is professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.. He does what ever it takes to take care of his customer and it is very much appreciated. I am so impressed with the integrity of this dealership. I bought a used car from them (that I love!) that broke down OUT OF NOWHERE about ten days after purchase. Chapman took care of it without a second thought! No pushback, no endless questions. Jimmy did everything he could to help us out and to fix the issue. I've never encountered a dealership that was actually invested in it's customers, but Chapman IS! I know exactly where I'm buying my cars in the future.

Having said that, I had a problem with my latest vehicle about a week after I purchased it and the customer service team were nothing short of extraordinary! They not only fixed the problem, they got me a rental for the time it was in the shop. They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
