I Used cars.com to compare dealers within 100 mile radius from me. I did my comparison and research and decided to check out a 2012 Ford Explorer at Millenium. I set up an appointment for the next day. Brito was my sales rep and I think he did an awesome job! Financing a car is a long process but he had us in and out with our 2012 Ford Explorer in no time! He also told us that if we have any problems with the car he would take care of us at no charge. My car buying situation was rather unusual, or at least it should???ve been. I was involved in a car accident that totaled my car that I just bought this past July. The body shop that my car was towed to had given us a referral at Family Hyundai: Kristi Feinberg. Once I got the call that my car was officially totaled I called Kristi to set a time I could meet with her to start the car buying process again. When we had our first appointment I went in with the idea of purchasing a used car. After test driving a few cars, Kristi suggested leasing over buying. She was so attentive to everything we asked and everything that made us unsure if leasing was the best option. We came back the next morning with a decision and I ended up leasing a 2019 Hyundai Kona. Every person we worked with on the paperwork were amazing and great with additional questions we had. The car was completely cleaned and had the dealership stickers of the VIN and the inventory number removed from the car (where my other dealership had not removed those at all and I ended up just needing to wait til the stickers lost the adhesive to take the man off). Before I left the parking lot in my new Kona, Kristi went through everything in the car with me to make sure I was confident in knowing what each function did and where they were inside my new car. I would recommend Family Hyundai to every single person I know looking for a car because of the fact that they really truly live up to their name and treat everyone as if they were family.

Started looking for pickup for my son under $10k and stopped at 355 North Auto Sales based on vehicles I had seen on cars.com and other sites. I was very skeptical of dealers looking for a pickup at this price as I knew it would need to be a older model and not perfect condition. when I visited 355 they were welcoming and not pushy in trying to find a fit for my budget. We looked at a couple vehicles and did not purchase as I wanted to shop around mainly due to my skeptical nature and expectation of finding better vehicles and deals elsewhere. After i visited at least 7 dealers and drove over 10 trucks I ended up back at 355 auto as it was clear their inventory was as advertised and pricing very competitive. Many vehicles look great on internet pics but upon 1st hand inspection and test drive are far from advertised and quite frankly junk. Just because a vehicle is used doesnt mean it should be trash. 355 inventory is as advertised and no xxxxxx business with the staff. Michael(sales) was a very respectful young man who did a good job showing pickup truck vehicles and following up with me. Frank(mgr) was completely transparent with the truck I was interested in and feel like the deal was very fair for a good condition older vehicle. In fact, I had a couple concerns that Frank had addressed immediately without hesitation which turned out very minor and corrected with zero hassles. I am not one to write reviews but in this case was so very impressed with the staff at this dealership, the inventory is really good and I trust that my son has been put into a safe and reliable truck. I would recommend to anyone to check these guys out if you're in the market for a used vehicle. Thank you 355 North

I was looking to replace an aging 2007 Forester with another Forester but after test driving a used 2012 Escape with the older body style and the V6 3.0 engine I began to be attracted to the classic looks, powerful engine, and overall solidity of the vehicle. So I looked around for a couple of weeks wanting the top Limited I finally settled on the XLT with V6, leather, moonroof, and SYNC. So far so good and the gas mileage is not bad. There is still E85 gas around and this vehicle is a FLEX vehicle so I could use the E85 gas but have not tried it yet. The one immediate difference between the 2012 Escape and other current SUVs including Ford's own Escape is the more truck like feel. But that's what I like about it!

I purchased my 2018 Tucson in June and have been in love with it ever since! Not only was the purchase itself a great experience (with Joshua Casey) but everything since June has been wonderful!! Josh reached out to make sure everything was running smoothly with the car and to ask if I had any questions. Yesterday I went into Family Hyundai to get my first oil change which was free! I traded a 2006 Focus on my 2012 Ford Explorer Limited 2.5l 4 cylinder 6 Speed AWD Auto and so far so good. It's completely loaded except it doesn't have nav or the V-6. One owner with 146,657 miles. (Which coincidentally is the exact same mileage I bought the 2006 focus 2.0 with 4 years ago) hard to believe but the Escape gets 22.3 miles per gallon average for me, but the focus only got 21.0. The six-speed automatic makes all the difference i guess. I haven't been able to test the air conditioning yet as it is winter time so I can't report on that. But when I can report is this vehicle a month shy of 7 years old with 146 k on it runs and drives almost like a brand new car. It's going to need tires in a couple months but the tires that are on it are worn very evenly, and here's the best part and the main reason I bought the vehicle ..I could Not find one single thing wrong with it! (and I looked at over 15 vehicles before my purchace every single one of them had at least four or five issues). No shakes no check engine lights brakes are smooth. It does ride a little on the stiff side but that's fine by me because the roads where I live are rough and can bottom out the suspension on many vehicles but this vehicle handles them just fine. Also virtually zero rust to report and this is a Pennsylvania vehicle. (However it was garage kept). Has a lot of highway miles on it. Paid just over five grand but looking at book values on it I did well. Oh and I have put 1300 miles on it so far. I know that's not a lot but I'm kind of hard on vehicles if there is anything going to 'shake loose' I would have found it by now. I have owned over 150 different vehicles in my life. And I have had very good luck with Ford's. I would recommend.

Mine was in excellent condition with 150,000 miles. It felt like it was pulled right off the lot. I can’t say if u get this car it will be as nice as mine, but if it appears to run great and look great, then you should consider. The car was reliable, somewhat cheap ($8,000-$11,000). There was never an issue with space. The speakers are great. It was the last model before the escapes had a complete change in appearance, which almost made it a different car. With that said, the 2012 is the most advance and nicest option of the old escape models. People are often surprised by how nice the interior is (note that I have the limited edition).

I became familiar with Oak Lawn Toyota last December when my daughter purchased my 16 year old grandson his first car in December 2015. She raved about the excellent customer service she received from John Beris. She said he was knowledgeable, honest, efficient, professional and he had provided the best customer service she had ever received. She said, John realized the magnitude of the moment for her buying a car for her son and even took a picture with my grandson handing him his first set of car keys to his "2004 Toyota Corolla S". I heard about Oak Lawn Toyota a second time, when my daughter was in the market for a new truck in May of 2016. Because of the excellent customer service she had previously received, she went back to Oak Lawn Toyota. She said it was like dealing with a member of the family. He took great care of her, and again was the ultimate professional and provided phenomenal customer service. My daughter left very happy in her "2015 Toyota Rav 4". So it was only right when I was in need of a new car this month (August 2016), I immediately called my daughter up and asked her if she could take me to Oak lawn Toyota. She stopped at Oak Lawn Toyota and told John she would be coming back with her mother and when we arrived John met us at the door. He was extremely nice to me. While we were there on Saturday the power went out and it wasn't expected to be back on before close of business so John said we would have to come back to finish the process on Monday. He called my daughter on Monday, just like he said he would and when we arrived back at the dealership, John was ready to service us immediately. And because my daughter bought a car for her son, herself, and now I (her mother) was buying a car (3 cars in less then a year), they put a remote starter on my car at no charge! My newly purchased car would not be able to be serviced to add the remote start until the following Monday. Rob came to my house on Sunday, picked up my car and left me a loaner car (a 2017 Toyota Camry), drove my car back to Oak Lawn Toyota on Monday, had the remote starter put on my car and drove it back to my house Monday night. I am sure he was exhausted from work, but he took the time to show me how to work the remote starter, made sure I understood and then he took the loaner car back to Oak Lawn Toyota for me...talk about OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! It doesn't get better than that. Thank you Oak Lawn Toyota for treating us like family...my grandson, my daughter and I will be forever appreciative of your kindness.

I had an 08 escape, loved it more than anything! Went out of warranty so I traded it in for an edge. I regretted every moment of that trade. The 2012 escape is the last model before ford streamlined the escapes to look like little mini vans, YUCK! Hate the new look, and just purchased a 2012 escape and am finally getting rid of that edge!!!

More room than a Jeep Grand Cherokee!

This SUV has more room than any of the comparable vehicles of 2012. Lots of leg room in the back, hatch has a great amount of space, plus the seats fold down (2, 1, or all 3) so you get to choose the space you need! Also gets great gas mileage for an SUV!
