We bought 2 used cars just a few weeks apart (one for me, one for my son), and the experiences at the 2 different dealerships could not have been more different. We will come back to Rod Baker Ford again and highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Ryan in sales and Steve in finance. Both were very personable, answered questions, and explained everything very thoroughly. We never felt pushed, and we sincerely appreciate how careful Steve was when explaining every aspect of the financing, especially because at the other shifty dealership , that other finance person tried to cheat us in multiple ways so we had to triple check the math and have inflated charges removed. The interest rate we were given at Rod Baker Ford was 4 points lower than what the other dealership gave us, coming from the same lender and using the same credit score and a similar car price. Car buying can be a very stressful situation since it is such a huge purchase, and you really want to buy from people who are trustworthy. The staff at Rod Baker Ford are good people -- it's worth it to check them out even if it is a drive!
My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
My experience at Ron Tirapelli Ford was excellent! My salesman Javon and general sales manager Robert were very accommodating and patient. They made sure that they weren't only selling a car but building a relationship. WAY TO GO TIRAPELLI TEAM!!
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Please, ask for Chris. You won't regret it.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!

The service department is top notch and treats you in a professional, intelligent, and courteous manner with the best outcome I have ever had in mechanical reliability. . My go to sales representative, Paul Ipjian, is the most knowledgeable I have ever had the good fortune to provide me with exactly what I want and insure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase even years after purchase. Mr. Ipjian is Marshall Field quality without question. Vehicle service and purchase used to be a major pain, with Bredemann it is become a rewarding and pleasant experience.

The entire staff from Management, sales and the service department always treat you with respect. I have had many dealings with Mr. Steve Travnik, Don Young and of course our salesman Paul Ipjian. There are numerous Ford dealers in this area but the respect and their ability to listen to our needs are one of the strongest assets they put forth. When I first walked into the dealership I was greeted by salesman Paul Ipjian. As an informed consumer, I told Paul exactly what I was looking for and he immediately went to work helping me find that car. I informed Paul that I don't have a lot of time with my busy schedule and I'd prefer to not 'play games' over the sales price. Paul quoted me a reasonable initial price on the exact car I wanted (which he had to get from a different dealership) and he went over the financing options. The next day my wife and I showed up to test drive a similar suv to the one I was looking to purchase. We were introduced to Steve Travnik, the GM, and a couple other employees. Everyone was very nice, not aggressive or pushy like I've experienced at other dealerships. A week later we purchased the car. This was the most stress free car purchase I've ever experienced. I got the exact vehicle I wanted, hassle-free, at a price I'm very happy with. Thank you Paul, Steve, and the Bredemann team. Highly recommend this dealership!!
I have been buying vehicles at Bredemann Ford in Glenview for more than 25 years and have always found professional service when working with Mike Reyes. He is the most helpful service manager I have ever met.
Long story short, you cannot go wrong with them. I went to a car dealer for the first time in my life. I did some research online though. The communication and process were very easy. I test drove a few vehicles. I was given all possible rebates. Paul, the salesperson found all applicable rebates for me and presented the best deal for me. I also had A-Plan from Ford. From the first visit until the last moment of purchasing the car all of my questions were answered very patiently and I ask a lot. When I left the dealer I only had one question in my mind; what's holding me back from purchasing? I contacted a few other dealers afterward to learn that there is no negotiation over A-Plan discount. However, I felt more comfortable with Bredemann people. It is very obvious they want to build a long-term trust-based relationship with their customers. Here are 2 examples for that. First, after the first visit when I was just checking the vehicles, when Paul learned that I do not have a ride back, he drove me back to my place. Second, once I completed my purchase and was heading back in my new car, Paul said: "Just let me know whenever you have any question."
