Brought my Jeep in for service and had to leave it for a few days, waiting for parts. The Used Car Manager, Nick Rynberg, was awesome about making sure that I got to where I needed to be for my job. I bought my Jeep from Nick, and I feel like he's still looking out for me. That's a great way to make sure that I come back!
Absolutely the very best, most awesome, buying experience on the planet, EVER! These folks know how to let the process breathe...no PUSH, no PULL, NO BULL. Our sales guy Nick is as professional as they come without being a "salesman", very relate-able and honest. Understand we were out and about doing some Black Friday shopping without really needing anything. We stopped in to do a few test drives as this dealership had all 3 sedans we were considering (Cadillac, Lincoln and Buick) to purchase NEXT YEAR, not this year. After looking they didn't have (on the lot) the Buick LaCrosse with the large moonroof or sunroof...which ever its called. Nick said they had one in the wash bay.....BOOM...test drive done!!! My husband and I love this vehicle and were extremely excited that we made an offer and it was done!! Their finance guy Alex is the ONLY finance guy you will ever want to work on your half in these situations....totally and completely painless!! IF you are in the market for a domestic certified used vehicle, go here----you will NOT regret it!

Inquired into an auto they had for sale. I was contacted quickly; however, the vehicle I inquired about was no longer available. other vehicles available were not what I wanted or interested in. Purchased another vehicle at a local dealership.
From the day I purchased my Xterra right to today, picking it up from a collision repair, I have had the best customer service from any dealer I've ever done business with. Quality repair work and bonus surprise to find every inch of the inside of the car cleaned. Wow!! You never see extras like that any more. Sales and Service people are top notch. Waiting room always super clean and stocked with goodies and drinks. I would highly recommend this dealership. I'm very impressed with every aspect of their customer service.
I brought my escape in for repairs from someone smashing their car door into mine, Smokey was very kind and helpful. Then I asked if I could get an oil change before I picked it up, and he went to service and they did that for me before I picked it up.
Very courteous and very timely.
I needed a decent work-truck at a good price. I shopped around a bit and came to Best Buy Used Cars after seeing the truck I wanted on Cars.com. They were super friendly, easy to work with, and got me financed. I was on the road within two hours. Truck is in great condition even though it has higher miles. Jennifer and Marco were great.

New Explorer ... Experience was fast and friendly. I went in with a single goal and they acquired what I requested within a few days.
I cannot rate repairs because I was only there to purchase. No service experience yet.
