My husband had purchased a Ford Escape from Jim Fauci at York Ford last year and has been trying to convince me to buy a new car. I love the car I had for 12 years and really hated the idea of getting rid of it. Plus, the thought of a car payment really made me cringed. He drove me up to Saugus to meet Jim, who showed me a 2015 Ford Taurus with all-wheel drive and auto start (a must have). I’m not a fan of car shopping because I hate to deal with pushy and sarcastic salesmen. Unlike the car salesmen I have dealt with in the past, Jim Fauci was very pleasant and patient. The Ford Taurus Jim Fauci showed me is a lot bigger than the car I was used driving and Jim knew I was not comfortable driving it along route 1. Therefore, Jim drove the car to a quiet residential area before turning the car over to me. He showed me how to use the car starter and all the new gadgets that are in the car. York Ford offered me a good deal so I couldn’t refuse. Thanks Jim for my car payment!!! :)

I cannot find anything wrong with this 2019 SE Ecoboost model. My previous 2016 was normally aspirated. However, that engine is not available on this year’s SE. I honesty cannot tell much difference in the power or fuel economy. The safety features are great including blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise, lane keeping assist, collision warning, and cross traffic alert. The Sync3 works well and understands all commands. I use Google maps with the Apple Car Play. You really do not need navigation. Great car for anyone.

I purchased a new 2017 Ford Escape from Kelly Ford at the end of May and wanted to wait a little bit before posting my review, so apologies for the lengthy novel. I had worked with Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield earlier this year and while I didn't end up purchasing from that dealer, my experience with them led me to Kelly Ford. Kelly Ford was one of the only dealers in the area with the specific color and package I was looking for (Magnetic Gray Titanium with the Sport Appearance package) and they had the best online price. Mike Walsh was my salesman and he was great to work with; he didn't push to close the sale when I said I wasn't ready to buy until after test driving the RAV4 and CRV. Gary is also fantastic, he's extremely knowledgeable about each of the additional coverage options and warranties offered and is responsive to any questions. I can't say enough about how helpful he has been while assisting me with a gap insurance policy issue. As far as the Escape, I've had to bring it in for warranty issues twice sine June. My experience with the Service department has been excellent, Brian and his team are attentive and responsive. One of the warranty issues currently doesn't have a resolution, which is on Ford itself, but John Celesk went above and beyond when I brought my frustrations to him. I was honestly surprised he was willing to listen, since it wasn't a Sales issue. Overall, I've had a great experience with Kelly Ford and would absolutely recommend this dealer.

My inquiry started on-line on a late Wednesday evening for a Fiat 500 listed at Kelly Ford. First thing the next morning I received an email and text message from Taylor Phillips in reply to my question on price. The price quote left no room to haggle as it was very reasonable, so I committed to purchase. The kicker here is that my residence is out-of-state and just shy of 300 miles away. My next contact was with Sabrina Marchelli who handled related documentation and John Shea who authorized the deal and provided options for delivery. My local financing was approved at the close of business on Thursday and John arranged delivery to my door on the busy Friday of a holiday weekend. Early Friday morning I was contacted by salesman Wes MacMaster who informed me my new Fiat was on I-90 and ETA 10:15 a.m. Wes had the car washed locally and delivered it on time. He provided a complete demo of the car, synched my phone, etc. as if I were at the dealership. He was the consummate professional as well as everyone mentioned herein. This was my 2013 Ford Fusion - I have had it serviced there before. Was a regular service and with the Kelly discount was about $9(!!!) Staff were VERY helpful and asked me to schedule a recall to fix the locks - they said it would take about 4 hours and I could not wait so I will schedule in a couple of weeks.

In January I decided that I wanted a truck and after contacting every Ford dealer in eastern MA, RI and CT and ended my search at Kelly Ford. My salesman was Robert England was extremely knowledgeable. I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past 20 years and Robert has been the best salesman that I have had. During the negotiation process I also met John Celesk who gave me a great price on the vehicle that I was interested in. After leaving for the night to think about it I realized that it was not the truck I ultimately wanted. Instead of pushing me to settle into something that I would have like and not loved John suggested that we build a truck in order to get everything that I wanted and nothing that was unnecessary. The following day did just that and today I picked up my 2018 F150 in blue jean metallic. My overall experience was great and I highly recommend you consider them for your future Ford purchase.

I have now bought 4 cars from Highline and have had the best experience ever. May 2017, I bought a 1999 red Porsche 911 (996) from Highline. I never thought I would own a Porsche so it was a dream come true. Then in December 2017, I bought a BMW X1 for my daughter. Another excellent purchase. About three months ago, I traded in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler (that I loved) for a Porsche Panamera 4. I love that car and can???t wait until I can drive it in the snow. Having said all of this, I still was in the market for a 911 convertible with AWD (my real dream car). Well I bought one (and traded in my red 911 and got a fair deal) from Highline. I now have the car of my dreams and it is awesome! James, Charlie, Chad, Tony, and Mike have just been great! These guys also service my cars. I went to Porsche dealership for service and they did a great job but they also had dealership prices. The sales and service are both remarkable and I will only deal with these gentlemen from now on. Honestly these guys have great used cars with excellent prices and service. If you have a problem, speak directly with them and they are more than happy to help straighten out any issue. I walked in without an appointment hoping to be helped with honesty. I ran into Jeff who I later find out has only been there for 2 days, but I felt like he was there forever. Jeff was very informative and helpful and caring. We found a car in a matter of 5 minutes. I was able to test drive it and after a long day, because I wanted to make sure everything was just right, I drove home in my new 2011 Nissan Juke. Everything was done, down to the financing, to the registration, and I didn't have to move or lift a finger, except to sign of course LOL. I would recommend everyone there, especially Jeff, as they were all very nice and helpful. I dread car shopping! Seriously. It took me 6 weeks to find my last car. This time, my husband looked online, found the make and model we wanted at Modern Auto. This car was IMMACULATE. I have never seen an 8 year old car so well detailed. And no matter how far and wide we looked, we could not find another Toyota Corolla in such good shape for the same price. Max was the first salesman we met. He's polite, no pressure, & I was surprised to find out he's 17! I wanted to do the usual "bullhorn" haggling approach. (I'm Mexican. We love to haggle.) But Max is pretty chill. The next day I tried it again on Joe. But honestly, there wasn't a need. Joe brought the car to our house, explained everything in detail, & both my husband and I realized that we were getting a great car and a great deal. Joe even took our car as a trade in. And drove it back to the lot. We never had to leave our house. This place has really, really nice used cars. And is actually a nice experience. The owner and his family value integrity, ownership, & service. I would check this place out first.
