Robert Bauman Helped me out with the 2016 F150 I just bought last week. I was having issues with the backup sensors not working. He helped me get my truck in at my convenience and even offered to put me in a loaner if needed. Found the issue with a harness and took care of it. He is also helping me with all the questions I have. Great and speedy service.

They have mastered building a culture of customer service and friendliness. Every time we were there when greeted by a sales person upon telling them we were there looking for someone else. They would personally walk us inside, open the door for us and find that sales person for us. Normally at other dealers the sales person would just say we can find them inside and look away. We bought a SUV clearly out of my wife???s and my league of technology knowledge. Our sales person Tommy Shelly spent a lot of time teaching us how to use it and work all the stuff this thing can do. That was the standout service that we needed. They will definitely have our future business.

This vehicle is perfect for my family. Plenty of room, the safety features are excellent and my kids are liking all the features in the second row like the extra USB ports, headrest tv screens and the heated and cooled seats.
this review only deals with sales as i have had no interactions as of yet with the service department
have purchased alot of cars over the years,dealt with many different dealerships and i have to say that in my opinion this was the easiest no stress deal i have ever made. The sales man Dave Scott and the finance man Steven Oliver were extremely professional and answered all of my questions.Anything that they were not sure of instead of making up an answer they reached out to others and got the answers.if and when the need arises to purchase another vehicle i would have no issues checking there first.

I love the roominess, the simple design and location of controls. all of safety features are AMAZING! The front cameras, rear sensers, and alerts if a car pulls out in front of me are all so helpful. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned

I have had a Yukon, Escalade, Highlander, Navigator and this is by far the best vehicle. We went with the XLT trim because eventually we were going to trade for the new navigator and now I just don’t know. Time will tell but this is a quality vehicle.
Jason was always eager to help. When I had a question he either answered it on the spot or did some research and get back to me quickly. He also made me aware of discounts and incentives I was eligible for.

As a mom of 3 who owns her own business, I wanted a car that could do it all. I looked at all of the full size SUVs and this one had the best gas mileage, handles great, and is loaded with awesome features. It’s pricey, but we found a good deal on one with just 12,500 miles. I love it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I thought I had a flat because my car was driving rough and it was all over the place. Anthony Nicholas was very helpful going over all the items needed on the car. The pressure was low in all the tires and it was out of alignment - which wore down the inner and outer parts of my two front tires. I decided to get all new tires because I've always had problems with these tires. Anthony was very helpful in giving me my choices. I also had several coupons and he went over with me which one would save me the most money. He went over that it covered 'services' and went over what is considered a 'service' - he also figured out the dollar amount that it would save me. I really appreciated the time and patience he had to go over everything with me. I also had my car cleaned. It was nice having a clean car when I picked it up. The courtesy van driver - Jimski was also very interesting. Everyone in the van enjoyed the conversations with him and the topics had a wide range. I personally enjoyed his stories about traveling. It felt great getting into a nice clean car that drove smoother than it had in years. The entire experience was excellent.
I've owned 3 other Expeditions and this is best.
