Surprise Ford has a beautiful showroom and the customer service section is light, bright and clean. Brent gave me his business card after ordering the part that I needed. He called when the part came in and Wendy helped set up my appointment. Both Brent and Wendy did an excellent job and they know how to deliver high quality customer service! I won't go to any other dealership because Surprise Ford has earned my business and I know they will take great care of my car.
Quinton and Kyle couldn’t have been more helpful. I was emailing Kyle back and forth for a week or so now and went to go look at a 2014 GMC Sierra that they had. I didn’t leave with the Sierra but I did leave with a 2012 Ford king ranch f150! My very first ford and am loving it so far. These guys went above and beyond especially as far as financing and getting me in the right vehicle. I have gotten my last three pickups from Alexandria Motors and will definitely be back to get my fourth.

Worth the drive from Okc! Smaller dealership without the lavish environment but that also means better prices and great customer service. We really enjoyed our experience in Chandler.
I found a used Ford Fusion Energie online. I sent a message through their online messaging and they contacted me the next morning. Although the car was still in transit to the dealership they were able to work out a deal with me in advance at a very fair price. When the car was received they checked it out and I was able to come pick it up. The car was in perfect condition, it looked brand new. This was one of the few dealerships within 200-300 miles that had the Energie. It was the quickest and simplest car buying experience I have had. I would definitely use this dealership again, although I hope to not need a new car for a while.

I had a scheduled appointment for routine service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Unlike other dealer service departments I did not have to wait in a long line of cars before checking in - I was able to pull right in. The facility was clean with plenty of comfortable seating, complimentary Keurig coffee, and Wi-Fi.
I bought my mercury from you 4 years ago. When I needed service I told them I was working in Tipton. Would they come get my car and bring it back to me when finished. They did I paid the delivery man. It was perfect.

I was looking for an economical replacement for the 2002 Jeep I'd had for 10 years. I found several Ford Escape Hybrid on-line and read many reviews. Found one with low miles not far from home and decided to at least test drive one. When I got to Wagner Ford I found a nice home town dealership that not only serves the local area but maintains a thriving business reaching out in the internet to increase its customer base. Jeff was, if you will excuse the oxymoron, an honest used car salesman and took very good care of me. It’s been the best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time.
Just had my 2013 Ford Fusion serviced. Couldn't be more pleased. They are always so polite. I don't usually like taking care of "guy" stuff but the staff at Bates are super nice and always make me feel comfortable. Completely satisfied!
I had my F-150 in for 30K mile oil change and maintenance. My customer service rep, Dean, was very courteous and willing to accommodate my request to pick up my truck at a certain time. He kept me advised of some maintenance issues but never pushed me to include any additional services I decided weren't necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.
The staff and experience were both amazing. Everyone was very willing to work with us and help us get into a vehicle that suited our needs both cost-wise and preference-wise. We were very satisfied with the vehicle we purchased, and were also highly satisfied with service we received while at Shenandoah Ford. It really felt like everyone we encountered in our visit made it their mission to get us into the vehicle we wanted for the best deal they could give us. It made the process painless (esp. with an 8 month old baby). I would recommend Shenandoah Ford to anyone who is looking for a vehicle over any other place with which I have ever dealt. A+++!
My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.
Always a good experience when dealing with the service people at this dealership. Over the three years I've owned this vehicle, I've visited several times while in vacation in the area. They make me feel welcome even though I didn't buy here.
My wife and I were on I-75 traveling south at 75 miles per hour when the water pump on our 2014 ram 3500 sheared off. This dropped the serpentine belt, and instantly eliminated our brakes and power steering. We managed to make it into a gas station to survey the damage. At this point, I'm thinking oh no, It's Saturday at 2 in the afternoon. To this date I have never had a positive experience at dealership; over charged, bad work, broken parts, etc. My wife started calling local dealerships. The first two did not even know their own locations in relation to where we where broken down. Additionally, they informed us, that perhaps they could get the truck fixed by mon or tues. Our last shot was Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. The service writer we spoke to said; no promises, but that he would try to get us fixed. We decided to tow the truck to Douglas. We didn't arrive until 3;15 in the rain. With no power steering and an 8000lb truck, they could not even get the vehicle into the bay. The tech said; no problem and went at it in the rain outside. To my utter amazement, they got the pump replaced, fluid refilled, codes cleared and everything checked by 5;00pm. All under warranty. This was by far my best experience, at any service facility, ever! Douglas Ram saved my weekend. They turned a possible 4 day nightmare into a mere 2 hour inconvenience. If I were int market for a new car and they were not the best price, I would still buy it from them because of this service. They were awesome, don't hesitate to use this dealership.
I worked with Tom at the Service Desk to check in my car for repair, oil change and tire rotation. He was kind, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. My experience with him was excellent.
I worked with Juan B (?) to see about trading in my car for a newer model. He and the accounting team went well beyond expected to get me financed for a new car. He was courteous and very helpful.
Although I decided against trading in my car (I just love my current car!) I will most certainly be back to Phil Smith Chevrolet for repairs, service and a new car when I'm ready to do so...probably within the next year or two.
Very pleased with my experience.
