Stephen was a great salesperson. We didn't hash out a final deal but the experience was great with no pressure at any time. He was always willing to work for you and was honest about all parts of the deal.
The facility is top notch with a comfortable waiting area and good wifi as well.

Very friendly and courteous customer service. Quick service. The only reason I did not go with a '10' is I felt the unnecessary items were mentioned I needed to do. Rebalance my tires after only 10K miles? Alignment at the same time? Transmission fluid exchange at 72K miles? The service rep was not pushy just suggested.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I absolutely love this dealership. I had the best sales rep. James Phillips made me look like a pro at buying cars. He listened and helped me get in the car I wanted. He wasn't pushy or try to push me into something I didn't want.
I was in and out of the dealership in record time. It actually took me longer to get insurance then to fill out my loan paperwork.
James Phillips is so great! Ladies you can buy a car and be treated with respect and like royalty.
I came in with a few challenges on my credit and still got the car I wanted. No settling! I got a great deal! I came home to my husband and 3 sons and they were extremely impressed. I am on cloud nine. Thank you James!!! I love my new car!!

We bought 2 new cars the same day from another dealer nearly 3 years ago, one for my wife and one for me. This way we have reliable transportation with factory warranty for a few years, at least. My F-150 had a service light indication for AdvancTrac and began experiencing 4 - wheel drive shifting complications. While still under my factory 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty, I chose Jacky Jones Ford and made an appointment to leave my truck with them for diagnostics. They ordered the part(s), completed a 49 - point inspection, asked me about my preference in a new set of tires, and called me promptly when my truck was ready. Although it was tough to leave my truck with them for a day or two because I depend on it so much for work and family. I was pleased with the work performed and left with the confidence and assurance that my truck was back in good order! I will shop Jacky Jones for our next 2 Ford's, considering they took care of my truck just as if it were one of their own.
Today I signed the papers for my second lease with Mike Murphy Ford after meeting several times with Anthony Davis. Throughout both interactions (2015 and 2018), Anthony was professional, helpful, and encouraging: but NOT pressuring me to make a decision. For comparative purposes, I talked with two other local Ford dealers after my initial meeting with Anthony in early January 2018. The first sales person at Dealer #1 was - in a word - obnoxious, presenting the idea that anyone would be privileged to work with him. The second person (Dealer #2) was more professional; but after I met with him for two hours and given him a written list of questions I needed to have answered in order for me to make a decision, did not respond for more than 5 days. In that e-mail, he only addressed half of what I had asked. I sent him another e-mail containing the questions, and received no response. Anthony was very patient, answering all of my many questions in a timely manner; and did not pressure me to spend more than I can afford. It has been a pleasure to work with him.
We were starting to look for a Lincoln MKX since the lease on our MKC was expiring within 3 months. We had previously gone to another dealership (that we had bought 5 new cars from in the past!) and was basically told that they could not get us into the vehicle we wanted with the payments that we wanted. That night I was doing an internet search and found the MKX in color we wanted, with more options than we thought we could get at the Kayser dealership. I sent an inquiry that night (after store closing). I had a reply from Alfred Hall Jr; the next morning shortly after 6 am. We talked on the phone and I told him what I wanted to do, that I would not waste his time or mine if we could not get the payments where I wanted them to be and that I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership waiting for a manager's approval, then waiting for finance. He understood completely. He told me that he would be able to work everything out. He called me later that day and gave me figures that were better than expected. We were scheduled to pick up the car 2 days later, but my husband wanted to see the vehicle. We drove up to Kayser (about an hour from our home) and was immediately greeted by Alfred. He had the vehicle ready for us to look at. Even though we have had 2 previous Lincolns, he took the time to explain things that had never been explained before. We met briefly with Vik from Finance who told us that he would have all of our paperwork ready when we returned in 2 days. In talking with Alfred, we found that we were eligible for more discounts/rebates, which was another plus since that brought our monthly payment down even more. Alfred was genuinely interested in making sure that we received the best sales experience. He answered all of our questions, took more than enough time to ensure that we were happy. I feel that he went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. There was never any "high pressure" or "sales tricks". I felt that we were dealing with a very honest, reputable person and dealership. We had the same experience when we came back to finalize the paperwork. Again, Alfred took time to make sure that we had all of our questions answered, even though the "deal" was done Vik was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the finance process. He gave us options and had everything ready to go. This truly was the best car buying experience we have ever had (and we are very loyal Lincoln/Ford customers.) We would highly recommend Alfred and Kayser to anyone. And will be back when its time to purchase our next vehicle. Thank you Alfred, Vik and Kayser Lincoln.

I drove over 300 miles to buy a vehicle, (and we have a lot here in D.C.!!), and I can tell you, it was well worth the drive!! They do exactly what they say they will, and don’t play any of those, “Dealer games!”! Great dealership/GREAT PEOPLE!! They have a Customer For Life in me!!
