Started the buying process through USAA, as they offer a discount. (It's not a huge discount, but it also includes lots of other little things, like maximums on what a dealer can charge you for certain things, etc.). When I hit that button, I was innundated by calls, voicemails, emails and texts from 7 dealerships! It was very overwhelming. Eric Steffes at Camelback sent me one email and one text the next day. When I explained that I was just gathering info and was being hounded by all these dealerships, he was very understanding. He sympathized, and then told me exactly what he had that met my specifications. No upsell, no pressue, just "here is what I have and this is the price." Considering most dealership won't give you exact pricing without you coming in to the dealership, I was impressed - and relieved. I liked the vehicle, texted with him with a few questions about the vehicle and set up a test drive. When I arrived fo rhte test drive, both Eric and the vehicle were ready and waiting for me. He answered all my questions, and I decided to purchase the car. I had to go back to work, so I filled out the credit app, they valued my trade inand I went back to work. I was in and out in 35 inutes. I returned to the dealership after work, and once again, everything was ready to go. The vehicle was ready, and the paperwork just needed to be signed. Blake, the F & I manager was great. We went through the paperwork for the vehicle purchase, my trade in and everything. When we go to the extended warranty part - Blake did exactly what any good salesperson does - he did his best pitch. He answered my questions, and pressed the issue. When I declined, he pressed again, but respectfully. I declined again, and he did some finagaling along with the sales manager and GM of the dealershp to get me the warranty at a price I could live with. I honestly feel that I got a great deal on the vehicle AND the warranty. Delivery was a breeze, and Eric even helped me move stuff from my trade in to the new vehicle. All in all, I would definately recommend Camelback Ford to purcahse a vehicle. They were 100% professional, and respectful of my time and budget!
Took my 2015 Explorer in to Auto Nation Ford-Scottsdale, Arizona yesterday for help in checking damage from a trash can that struck front on freeway.
Service Advisor Tom Goodfellow was exceptional to deal with. They took great care of me, found a couple of things that needed to be addressed and had me back on the road in an unbelievable short time.
When my trick wouldn't start they quickly found the issue and had a corrective action. The then found a coolant leak and a weak vacuum pump. They got the leak under warranty and worked with me on the vacuum pump. The truck is running great and stopping much better. I did not feel as if they were just looking for work that really did not need to be completed just to get more money.

As far as I know, the repairs were done right but I am not a mechanic and have always trusted Bankston/AutoNation with my service. Southwest Ford did not stand behind their repeated dismissal of noises I was reporting on my Mustang convertible which left the steering column collapsed in my lap as I was just driving straight down the road at 55 mph. So, I went to Ford and THEY bought my 3 year old Limited Addition Mustang convertible back for $28,000 when Charlie Gilchrist was only willing to pay me $15,000 for a trade-in. That is why I come to Bankston/Autonation. Treat me right and I will be yours forever. Treat me wrong and the world will know about it! I guarantee you that!

We were not able to come to an agreement, my trade wasn’t worth what I had hoped, but the experience was amazing. I am selling my car myself and will be back to buy the vehicle I had found at the dealership.

Long story short... I live in the DFW area about 250 miles away from Houston. I had been searching for a new mustang GT premium for a few weeks when I stumbled across Mac Haik's dealership. They had the exact mustang that I wanted, and for a price I couldn't believe. The car was listed for $32,880.00. Now, we all know that dealerships quote you one price online, and then it changes when you get there. However, that wasn't the case with Mac Haik. I had the pleasure of doing business with Esteban! I called the dealership to inquire on the price. Remember, I thought it was too good be true. Esteban assured me that this was the price (as all other dealers do to get you in the door) and that he wasn't in the business of playing games. Esteban assisted me with valuing my trade and applying for financing all the while, I'm in the office in Dallas. Esteban was very honest and forthwith with all negotiations and was very diligent in responding to all of my questions and correspondence. We got the deal done over the phone and I was able to pick my car up the next day. The next day I drove to Houston to pick up my car. It was already detailed and ready to go. Esteban checked my trade-in in and we proceeded to financing. I was there for an hour and a half (30 minutes of that was waiting for my bank to approve a transaction. I've bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships. This was by far the best sales and financing experience that I've ever had. Esteban, and Jesse in the finance department are stand up guys who don't mess around. If uou want a new or used Ford for the best price in the country. Go see Mac Haik! You won't be disappointed. They've earned my business for a lifetime. When I'm ready to buy my F-150, I'll be going to see Esteban and Mac Haik Ford in Houston!
Got my 2016 JEEP WRANGLER from Amir ..nicest owner Ive ever dealt with ....They were all very courteous and friendly and kept me laughing. They left their price off for a car I was interested in. I sent them a question about that and a few other items. They were quick to respond and very friendly. I didn't end up buying because I decided to go with another style of car.
All service items were performed in an acceptable amount of time and the charges were as I expected with no surprises. The only exception was concerning the battery replacement, which was concerning a warranty issue and the charges related to it. There was a slight communication issue which I take partial blame for. The issue was quickly resolved and the charges were adjusted accordingly, to my satisfaction. I feel that I was treated with due respect, as I have been with all previous visits. I don't feel that any additional service was forced on me, as has happened to me in previous experiences at other automotive service providers. I was even credited with a discount after I paid my bill. The credit was offered by E-mail while I was waiting for the services to be performed and I didn't read it until after I got home.This was very much appreciated and totally unexpected. I am amazed with your consideration and honesty.
Folks at heavy duty service are customer oriented, quite friendly and want to meet your needs. Have had RV chassis serviced here for over two years and have always been treated by the staff at heavy duty like they are glad to have the business. I drive 50 plus miles for service because of the folks here.
I bought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in May, 2017 from Ricart Ffford and I was well pleased with the friendliness of all the staff that took care of me. They were very professional as well. I just recently got an Oil change at the dealership and I was able to get my car in right away. They did an excellent job and updated me on what would be needed in the near future. I highly recommend them and I trust them and would never feel they would take advantage of me as a customer.

Took my 08 Escape in for a misfire with no check engine light. Quicklane was unable to diagnose, they sent car to service department said it may take a few days for them to get to it & offered me a rental. Before leaving I asked multiple times if there was going to be a charge for the rental and was told no it was taken care of. When I came back to pick car up later that day I was told problem was spark plugs and got a quote of $845. Since I could not afford another day off work I asked the tech numerous times if the only problem was the plugs & he assured of plugs changed car would be good. I changed plugs & problem temporarily fixed. Over next 2 weeks problem gradually came back & worsened. Brought car back to Quicklane for oil change & told them misfire problem not resolved I was told to call service. Called service was told had to pay another diagnostics fee, service advisor finally agreed to do diagnostic for free. I tried to set appt for diagnostic on a Saturday & was told they have no crews on Saturdays, even though I just got a flyer from them saying hours are Mon-Fri 7-6 and Sat 8-4. So I have to wait 3 weeks for a week day off work to bring the car in(if it makes it). I have paid $179 for diagnostic test that was incorrect and a rental car that I was told I would not be charged for. Bozard was very quick to take my $ but not so quick to help resolve the issue. Update- received a call from Octavia @ Bozard she did everything to make this right. Offered to pick up my car and give me a rental while they diagnosed issues, also refunded all my $. She was absolutely a pleasure to deal with.
