Quinton and Kyle couldn’t have been more helpful. I was emailing Kyle back and forth for a week or so now and went to go look at a 2014 GMC Sierra that they had. I didn’t leave with the Sierra but I did leave with a 2012 Ford king ranch f150! My very first ford and am loving it so far. These guys went above and beyond especially as far as financing and getting me in the right vehicle. I have gotten my last three pickups from Alexandria Motors and will definitely be back to get my fourth.

Our C-Max Energi 2013 model year Ford received its 40k service and windsheld was replaced.The rock crack occurred recently from flying rock from roadway while driving near Auburn,CA. The service and auto bodyshop/glass departments did well on doing the 40k and windsheld replacement.
Surprise Ford has a beautiful showroom and the customer service section is light, bright and clean. Brent gave me his business card after ordering the part that I needed. He called when the part came in and Wendy helped set up my appointment. Both Brent and Wendy did an excellent job and they know how to deliver high quality customer service! I won't go to any other dealership because Surprise Ford has earned my business and I know they will take great care of my car.

Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. Yesterday we bought a 2018 Genesis 80 from Dean Team Hyundai. Andy Miller was our salesperson; he is just what you hope for in a salesperson - he wasn't pushy (the car really sells itself), listened to our wish list, was patient with our many questions, and had great knowledge of the car and its features. It was a pleasant experience and we drove the Genesis home the same day. We know we make the right choice for us.

Just had my 2013 Ford Fusion serviced. Couldn't be more pleased. They are always so polite. I don't usually like taking care of "guy" stuff but the staff at Bates are super nice and always make me feel comfortable. Completely satisfied!
I had my F-150 in for 30K mile oil change and maintenance. My customer service rep, Dean, was very courteous and willing to accommodate my request to pick up my truck at a certain time. He kept me advised of some maintenance issues but never pushed me to include any additional services I decided weren't necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I took my 14 Escape in for a door recall, which appears to be OK. I thought I'd replace my wiper blades as well. Five minutes after I left the dealership it started to rain. When I turned on the wipers one of them flew off the car!! Did retrieve the wiper from the road only after it had been run over a couple times. Turned around & went back. They were VERY appologetic and replaced it immediately. After I got back on the road, I again turned on the wipers............the same blade that was replaced was not clearing off the window!! I had to again go back. The manager of Service himself came out to fix the problem...........the plastic cover on the blade was never removed. I was actually going to look into trading in my car for a new one there, but I think I might look into the dealership's past performance more. Again, the people were super friendly, courteous & helpful but the incident made me wonder.........if replacing wiper blades didn't go so well would I bring my car back there....
I have always trusted the Town & Country service department. They do excellent work and are diligent when faced with a difficult service diagnosis. They spent months tracking down a problem with my son's car, found the issue, and charged me a reasonable amount. Bill Worthington is always up front with what needs to be addressed right away and what is coming up in the future.
My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.
WOW price includes all possible rebates and cash back offers. After you get over the fact that you don't qualify for those deals, the staff will negotiate and you can get it fairly close to WOW price. This took some time but the staff worked with me and allowed my wife and I to decide on which vehicle was right for us. Ramon was very helpful and had vehicles ready too test drive before we arrived. Overall employees were helpful and friendly.
