Worth the drive from Okc! Smaller dealership without the lavish environment but that also means better prices and great customer service. We really enjoyed our experience in Chandler.
Just had my 2013 Ford Fusion serviced. Couldn't be more pleased. They are always so polite. I don't usually like taking care of "guy" stuff but the staff at Bates are super nice and always make me feel comfortable. Completely satisfied!

No problems whatsoever, even after the sale, they went above, and ask to see Brian Minner, he is the go-to guy in sales, very sharp when it comes to the vehicles he is selling, very polite and cordial, and will do you an awesome job! cannot say enough about the guy, he was there at least till 10pm, and it only took so long because of my negotiation over the price lol! Go Skillman!
Looking for a car can be an interesting experience. It was at Herlong Ford. First, I knew what I was looking for, and a phone call set things up for me to go to Herlong and check things out. I was introduced to Fred Munns. He took my wife and me under his wing and got the car I wanted to see, put me into the driver's seat, and off my wife and I went on the highway to check the car's ride and handling. Fred answered every question, and we could tell he was dealing with us honestly. He never once showed us any of those well known dealer "incentives" that many of us call "pressure." He let us do the discovering about the car with no hints from him about he could do for us etc. We decided to buy the car. He drove our old car to check its trade-in value, met with a couple of other people on the staff at Herlong, and arrived at a price to offer us on the trade. Every step of the way he explained why the trade price was what it was, and gave us the asking price for the car we wanted. We were happy with everything, and I drove the car home the following morning. I had to get everything out of my old car so I could not drive the new one home and leave my old one. After Fred finished his part of our dealing with Herlong, he sent us to Meryl Breazeale who completed the paperwork. She is a jewel and such a joy to know and work with . She offered the usual extras with no encouragement (read Pressure!) whatever. After i got the car home my wife told me just how much she enjoyed meeting Fred Munns, and how nice he was. All in all our shopping for a car and the "deal" we made was highly satisfactory. I can see no reason to try another dealer anywhere. There is another Herlong dealership in Batesburg, SC, and it too is in the Herlong family. They are great, honest, and caring people, and both dealerships deserve a look-see by anyone in the market for an automobile, new or used.
Always a good experience when dealing with the service people at this dealership. Over the three years I've owned this vehicle, I've visited several times while in vacation in the area. They make me feel welcome even though I didn't buy here.
I had my F-150 in for 30K mile oil change and maintenance. My customer service rep, Dean, was very courteous and willing to accommodate my request to pick up my truck at a certain time. He kept me advised of some maintenance issues but never pushed me to include any additional services I decided weren't necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.
This was one of the easiest car purchases I???ve had in recent memory. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I drove 4 hours and the salesman meet me on a Sunday ( dealership closed) just to fit my schedule. The vehicle was clean and just what was expected. I would suggest anyone to drive the extra mile and do business with them. 5 stars in my book!
After careful shopping, my wife and I decided that the best car for our needs was an Escape. We had a budget in mind and some special needs. My wife has back issues and wanted/needed a car with dual power seats with adjustable lumbar. We found that the 2015 or newer Escape Titanium met our needs better than any other car. We began searching dealers and internet. I had purchased some trucks for my business from Bill Neumeyer at Brondes before so I went to Brondes in Maumee to visit Bill. They didn't have any Escapes in stock that matched our needs so he carefully listened to our needs and began a search. A couple of weeks later he called me with several options. We chose a white 2015 Escape and took delivery a few days later. Couldn't be happier. It had all the options we wanted plus a couple extras and the price was fair. Checking all the major internet sites, I found the price competitive with the lowest I could find anywhere in the US. Can't ask for more. We got a very fair price locally and were treated well at every step. We highly recommend Bill Neumeyer at Brondes Lincoln Ford in Maumee!
I found a used Ford Fusion Energie online. I sent a message through their online messaging and they contacted me the next morning. Although the car was still in transit to the dealership they were able to work out a deal with me in advance at a very fair price. When the car was received they checked it out and I was able to come pick it up. The car was in perfect condition, it looked brand new. This was one of the few dealerships within 200-300 miles that had the Energie. It was the quickest and simplest car buying experience I have had. I would definitely use this dealership again, although I hope to not need a new car for a while.
I just purchased my first new car in 10 years and Jack made the deal simple and easy. I got a great deal on a Ford executive pool car. Like brand new! I worked with Tom at the Service Desk to check in my car for repair, oil change and tire rotation. He was kind, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. My experience with him was excellent.
I worked with Juan B (?) to see about trading in my car for a newer model. He and the accounting team went well beyond expected to get me financed for a new car. He was courteous and very helpful.
Although I decided against trading in my car (I just love my current car!) I will most certainly be back to Phil Smith Chevrolet for repairs, service and a new car when I'm ready to do so...probably within the next year or two.

Quinton and Kyle couldn’t have been more helpful. I was emailing Kyle back and forth for a week or so now and went to go look at a 2014 GMC Sierra that they had. I didn’t leave with the Sierra but I did leave with a 2012 Ford king ranch f150! My very first ford and am loving it so far. These guys went above and beyond especially as far as financing and getting me in the right vehicle. I have gotten my last three pickups from Alexandria Motors and will definitely be back to get my fourth.
WOW price includes all possible rebates and cash back offers. After you get over the fact that you don't qualify for those deals, the staff will negotiate and you can get it fairly close to WOW price. This took some time but the staff worked with me and allowed my wife and I to decide on which vehicle was right for us. Ramon was very helpful and had vehicles ready too test drive before we arrived. Overall employees were helpful and friendly.
My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.

Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau.
