I HAD LOST ALL HOPE WHEN GM FAILED TO PROTECT ME WHEN MY LEMON WAS INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS, VAN CHEVY BROKE THE CAR EVEN MORE - AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY HAPPENEDON MY CREDIT SAME DAY VAN CHEVY FIRST TOOK MY CAR IN - 2 MONTHS I FINALLY GOT IT BACK AND IT WAS INCREDIBLY WORSE THAN THE FIRST TIME I DROPPED IT OFF - ZECK FORD STEPPED UP AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET FINANCED, WHILE THE FRAUD IS BEING INVESTIGATED AND DAMAGED MY CREDIT, THEY GAVE ME THE PEACE OF MIND THAT MY SAFTEY IS INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT - WORKED LATER THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE, AND GOT ME A BRAND NEW 2017 FORD FOCUS, GAVE A BETTER DEAL ON TRADE IN THAN EVER IMAGINE, AND MADE SURE TO TRULEY SHOW THE COMPASION AS IF I WERE ONE OF THEIR FAMILY MEMEBERS, NOT PRESSURED, THE MOST FUN ENVIROMENT IMAGINABLE - & BEST OF ALL GOT ME AN INCREDIBLE INTEREST RATE - THEY DIDNT GIVE UP, AND THEIR DEFINILTY NOT DOING IT FOR THE COMMISION - THE TRUE COMPASSION SHOWS EVERY MOMENT YOU SPEND WITH THEM WHEN MAKING A HUGE COMMITMENT TO A NEW CAR, I ADVISE EVERYONE TO GO THERE TRULY THEY DO NOT DISAPOINT AND THEIR PRICES ARE LOWER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE, THE VEHICLES ARE BEYOND TOP NOTCH - SERVICED TO TOP NOTCH - AND I HAVENT STOPPED SMILING!!!!!! NOW I CAN DRIVE SAFELY, ESPECIALLY WHEN VAN CHEVY IN KANSAS CITY MISSOURI - MADE ME THINK EVERY DEALER IS CROOKED AND WHEN I HAD I HAD LOST ALL FAITH - THEY TRULY GAVE ME THE PEACE OF MIND WHEN DRIVING AGAIN, PLUS THEIR STAFF IS TRULY THE BEST EVER IVE ENCOUNTERED, MEANS SOMETHING WHEN YOU BUY THE CAR AND ARE HAVING TO MUCH FUN COVERSING WITH THE STAFF TO LEAVE, & BEST OF ALL THEY DIDNT GIVE UP ON MAKING SURE I WAS BEYOND 12357847382435864867% SATISFIED. I sent an inquire for a used 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with great mileage and price and Jamie got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Once at Zeck, Jamie introduced me to Cliff who help me sign the paperwork to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection and assisted me during the rest of the transaction. Cliff was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process and worked with management to get a couple of issues resolved on the car before completing the transaction. Since the price was best in hundreds of miles a and they took care of issues discovered during the pre purchase inspection, no need to haggle. Financing was very smooth too. I came in with pre-approved financing and Zeck found a lower rate. As expected the finance person (unluckily don't remember the name) presented me with extended warranty options but was not too pushy when I refused them. The whole process took just around 3 hours: fastest used car purchase yet in my experience! Would definitely recommend Zeck!
Worked With Kyle via email never had a dealer work as hard to find a customer what they want or stay in such great contact! Have to say they didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for but I’ll definitely check with them every time I go to buy!
I had a scheduled appointment for routine service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Unlike other dealer service departments I did not have to wait in a long line of cars before checking in - I was able to pull right in. The facility was clean with plenty of comfortable seating, complimentary Keurig coffee, and Wi-Fi.
Came in for an oil change. Nice and easy no long wait. Friendly staff and clean environment. First time coming to this dealership and will be back again
I bought my mercury from you 4 years ago. When I needed service I told them I was working in Tipton. Would they come get my car and bring it back to me when finished. They did I paid the delivery man. It was perfect.

Good service and helpful techs. Greatly appreciate them seeing the van on an emergency basis without being told to come back another time. Makes me ready to come back again for other service needs.
Originally we were supposed to be buying from someone else but she left. We got "transferred" to Robert Shrier! I was super happy with his knowledge of the vehicle and his happy and welcoming demeanor. Great salesman. Thank you for everything! :)
I had my F-150 in for 30K mile oil change and maintenance. My customer service rep, Dean, was very courteous and willing to accommodate my request to pick up my truck at a certain time. He kept me advised of some maintenance issues but never pushed me to include any additional services I decided weren't necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I took my 14 Escape in for a door recall, which appears to be OK. I thought I'd replace my wiper blades as well. Five minutes after I left the dealership it started to rain. When I turned on the wipers one of them flew off the car!! Did retrieve the wiper from the road only after it had been run over a couple times. Turned around & went back. They were VERY appologetic and replaced it immediately. After I got back on the road, I again turned on the wipers............the same blade that was replaced was not clearing off the window!! I had to again go back. The manager of Service himself came out to fix the problem...........the plastic cover on the blade was never removed. I was actually going to look into trading in my car for a new one there, but I think I might look into the dealership's past performance more. Again, the people were super friendly, courteous & helpful but the incident made me wonder.........if replacing wiper blades didn't go so well would I bring my car back there....
Looking for a car can be an interesting experience. It was at Herlong Ford. First, I knew what I was looking for, and a phone call set things up for me to go to Herlong and check things out. I was introduced to Fred Munns. He took my wife and me under his wing and got the car I wanted to see, put me into the driver's seat, and off my wife and I went on the highway to check the car's ride and handling. Fred answered every question, and we could tell he was dealing with us honestly. He never once showed us any of those well known dealer "incentives" that many of us call "pressure." He let us do the discovering about the car with no hints from him about he could do for us etc. We decided to buy the car. He drove our old car to check its trade-in value, met with a couple of other people on the staff at Herlong, and arrived at a price to offer us on the trade. Every step of the way he explained why the trade price was what it was, and gave us the asking price for the car we wanted. We were happy with everything, and I drove the car home the following morning. I had to get everything out of my old car so I could not drive the new one home and leave my old one. After Fred finished his part of our dealing with Herlong, he sent us to Meryl Breazeale who completed the paperwork. She is a jewel and such a joy to know and work with . She offered the usual extras with no encouragement (read Pressure!) whatever. After i got the car home my wife told me just how much she enjoyed meeting Fred Munns, and how nice he was. All in all our shopping for a car and the "deal" we made was highly satisfactory. I can see no reason to try another dealer anywhere. There is another Herlong dealership in Batesburg, SC, and it too is in the Herlong family. They are great, honest, and caring people, and both dealerships deserve a look-see by anyone in the market for an automobile, new or used.
I have always trusted the Town & Country service department. They do excellent work and are diligent when faced with a difficult service diagnosis. They spent months tracking down a problem with my son's car, found the issue, and charged me a reasonable amount. Bill Worthington is always up front with what needs to be addressed right away and what is coming up in the future.
WOW price includes all possible rebates and cash back offers. After you get over the fact that you don't qualify for those deals, the staff will negotiate and you can get it fairly close to WOW price. This took some time but the staff worked with me and allowed my wife and I to decide on which vehicle was right for us. Ramon was very helpful and had vehicles ready too test drive before we arrived. Overall employees were helpful and friendly.
Just picked up my car. I was involved in an accident. It took about 10 days and the car looks great!! Kayley handled each of my calls regarding the status in a professional and friendly manner. One of the issues dealt with my extreme sensitivity to paints and cleaners. She said she would take care if it and I was SO surprised when I found out the front bumper was painted before it was attached to the car!! It's rare to have anyone take your concern to heart and do things not asked by you!! Of course I will be recommending the collision shop to everyone in my family and close friends!!
Surprise Ford has a beautiful showroom and the customer service section is light, bright and clean. Brent gave me his business card after ordering the part that I needed. He called when the part came in and Wendy helped set up my appointment. Both Brent and Wendy did an excellent job and they know how to deliver high quality customer service! I won't go to any other dealership because Surprise Ford has earned my business and I know they will take great care of my car.
