We stopped in to just look at cars. Loren our salesman was so awesome! We did not feel pressured at all. Loren took great care of us and we had the ford escape the next day. Loren went over everything in the car. He even synced up our phones for us. The customer service from t h e time we walked in was just amazing. We will always come back for Loren when we need a new car. I never knew purchasing a car could be so easy.
My dealer did a great job of getting everything ready.....However, it is a very long process...about 2 1/2 hours to get all the paperwork signed. I came back the next day to get a window washer fixed (it didn't work on the driver side) and my dealer came out to review all the displays with me.
I originally found Lindsberg Pettway on Facebook and happened to see one of his posts about coming in for a 4Real deal. I kept receiving pre-approvals from my credit card company to purchase a new car. I reached out to Lindsberg just for information via text and email and the next thing I know 3 days later I was driving off the lot with a 2019 Equinox. This was the easiest transaction I've ever had in purchasing a car. He was very friendly and even made the experience great for my children. He even made my silly request of a red bow on my car happen. I would highly recommend him and Feldman of Livonia to anyone. The financing manager was just as amazing. Overall they created a great experience and I would return as a customer.
Purchasing my 2017 Lincoln MKZ from Gina Papia was a great experience. She was very professional and extremely nice. I had a couple of small issues and they were promptly taken care of and resolved quickly. Having the luxury of the Concierge service is a definite perk and Concierge Dave was so friendly and assuring that my new vehicle was in great hands. I dropped my Flex off for "The Works" oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be 90 minutes. They called me after 60 minutes to let me know my vehicle was ready. The past 3 visits have been shorter than promised. I bring all my Ford vehicles to this Quick Lane for oil changes. Excellent Service!

This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!
If I could give this dealership a six star rating, I truly would do so. My salesperson was Vanessa Vermette, and I have a several buying experiences now here at Pat Milliken Ford that I would like to share. Eight months ago, I bought my very first truck used from the dealership. It was a 2014 F150 King Ranch, and with the help of my mom as a co-signer, I drove off the lot happy as ever in my Ford Certified pickup truck. I used this F150 as my daily driver, but I realized over time that having a truck equipped for max towing didn???t make sense with all the extra money I was spending on gasoline while having nothing to tow. I absolutely love the King Ranch, and I plan on getting another one in the future; nevertheless, I decided in the last week that it was more practical to lease an newer XLT to save money on my payment and on gas. Now I knew I would have negative equity by getting out of a used truck so early, so I shopped around various Ford dealerships to get the best value for my trade. I went to Suburban Ford, and they completely tried to rip me off???they said my loaded King Ranch was only worth 27,000. I walked out the door when they came back with that number on top of saying that I could lease the 2018 Special Edition XLT that I wanted for 200 dollars more a month than what I was currently paying. All I said to them was ???absolutely not.??? Tom Holzer Ford gave me a more reasonable appraisal for my King Ranch, but the Special Edition XLT that I wanted was not even in stock. Keep in mind that I was going from a King Ranch to an XLT; the Special Edition was a must-have for me, because I still wanted a pickup truck that had that ???wow factor???. Finally, I came to the dealership that gave me my first chance with buying my King Ranch. I was only 20 at the time, so getting approved credit-wise for such a nice truck was a big deal to me. I told Vanessa???s partner (Vanessa was still on vacation at the time) about my situation and that I wanted to lease a 2018 Special Edition XLT that they had on the lot. David let me drive the new truck while they appraised my King Ranch. I came back to hear that, contrary to ???all??? that Suburban Ford could do for me, Pat Milliken gave me 31,000 for my truck, 4,000 dollars more than Suburban???s rip-off appraisal. It was also music to my ears that David said that I my payment would be LESS than what I was currently paying. So without hesitation, David put it on hold for me, and Vanessa helped me with the rest of the leasing process two days later. So at the end of the day, I went from a rather gas-thirsty 2014 King Ranch with a 3.5 Ecoboost to a more fuel efficient 2018 XLT Special Edition with a 2.7 Ecoboost to use as my daily driver for the next three years as a lease. And better yet, because of paying for the King Ranch on my own for the past eight months, I got approved this time around without a co-signer. With both times that I???ve been there, Vanessa as well as the financing managers made the process of buying a truck easy and hassle-free. Never again will I go to any other dealer but Pat Milliken Ford; for all the reasons posted above, they are nothing less than the best Ford dealership around. I will be a customer for life, and hopefully my story will be convincing to others who read it and are on the fence about giving Pat Milliken a shot. Go there and experience their outstanding customer service; they are family-owned and truly care about their customers and clientele. Vanessa will get you into the vehicle that you want at a price you can afford, and even if you don???t work with Vanessa, I know this is true for the rest of the salespeople at Pat Milliken Ford.

For what I’m paying the 2018 (and on) Ford Expedition is incredible. The performance the look (interior and exterior) is awesome. This thing continues to surprise me. It beat the Cadillac Escallade in a video I watched recently in almost every category!
My Pat Milliken Ford Experience: Several of my Ford Vehicles have been sales with and by the Kelly Family. From the Day I met the Father and two sons that make up the Kelly Sales Team I knew this was a long lasting relationship. I was not sold on a vehicle from the start. Trust, transparency, respect for my budget and specific needs along with wants and desires were expressed from the moment we greeted each other. My vehicle specs and pricing matched my expectations. I felt good about the very day I set foot into Pat Milliken Ford. Kelly Family ??? you have a customer for LIFE! Unexpectedly, and on my own decision, I decided to take my Lariat to have serviced locally as PMF is about 40 minutes from my home. Dealership Service Departments are not the same, boy did I find this out the hard way. After three visits with two being on appointments I was disgusted with my service experience near my home with another Ford Franchise Dealership. Very frustrated I called Pat Milliken and spoke with Scott Duczyminski in Service. He heard what I had to say and listened to know that this was a topic the head of the service department at PMF needed to hear. Pat Lyons, department head, met with me and we discovered the warranty items and he planned a parts ordering immediately the day I was present. The dealership of origination, although a bit out of my way for service, took real life approach on a conscientious client/service team resolution. I was aware from Pat & Scott???s word as well as follow up text messages on the status of repairs. My feelings towards them are with true respect to their trade. The vehicle was not delivered until Pat & Scott were satisfied with my services. They really stepped up where the other Ford Service Department failed. I made sure to call Ford Headquarters department of vehicle services to tell my experience. Now I want to make sure anyone considering Pat Milliken Ford knows that Sales & Service are second to none. best car i have owned. the performance is great and it is very quiet. i am surprised with the many features ane options the vehicle gas.
Elder Ford is the best-run dealership I've ever done business with during the last 50 years! Everyone is friendly and, more importantly, knowledgeable. I won't take my '14 Taurus (purchased at Elder Ford) anywhere else for service.

Even the bells and whistles have bells and whistles! Amazing SUV at a fair price. Strong performance. Gorgeous styling. Plenty of room. Ford has a winner here! Very happy with this vehicle.
My experience, 60,000 mile check up on service work went well. All of the service people were very helpful and tried their best to get the work on my car done as efficiently as possible.
Our family has bought our cars and had them serviced at Elder Ford for more than 20 years.
In the past, (4 years ago or more) our car interior was lightly vacuumed and cleaned and the car was washed it was always very nice. Ford still washes the car which is very much appreciated, however we miss the interior light vacuuming.

I love the exterior Ford stepped up on this one, interior is very roomy, I do not like the vents, but the vehicle itself is very nice. Rides good, but I am concerned about gas mileage. On average down the road at 60-65miles per hr the best average was 16.9miles/gallon.
Zaid Namuk was our sales guy we showed up looking for a Flex with AWD and he showed us what he had and after a couple test drives and some paperwork we drove home with our used flex!!! thanks for making this smooth and quick!!!!! we will be back down for service and other used/new vehicles.

It’s nice.a lot of money for this suv but what vehicle is cheap.if it is reliable then it would be worth the price. After all it a ford .?
I got my oil changed on my F-150. They did a great job and were very quick. They even washed my truck. I looked beautiful when I came back to pick it up.

I traded in a 2016 Platinum Expedition for a 2018 Platinum Expedition. I was absolutely blown away by the difference. This is like driving a Lexus. The fit and finish are perfect, super quiet ride, every gadget you could want and then some. It is a tremendous value for the luxury you get. You have to test drive it to believe because I was skeptical as well. could not believe the difference.

Planning my retirement I decided to purchase this vehicle aligning my retirement with the vehicle being paid off. I had owned trucks before & knowing I would be doing side jobs I thought I'd rather go SUV instead of truck. As long as the seats could go down and allow me to put stock in the back.
WELL, that's was easley met, this vehicle is a luxury suv filled with comfort, style, high performance and technology. Something to make retirement years worth it
I want to thank Avis Ford, the service staff, the Quick Lane personnel and my favorite salesman, Lou Marchesi for all their help and interest in making my 2014 Ford GT500 Shelby Mustang experience a GREAT one!!!!! Avis personnel have taken care of product recalls and fixed them on a very timely note, got me a new tire when the one I had went bad, serviced the car as planned and treated it as their own vehicle. It's been a pleasure to be an Avis customer for any years. Thank you very much - great experience and it will continue. And that goes for the other cars I've gotten from Avis...
