Frankly... we don???t like shopping for new cars because of pushy sales and cost negotiations. This time was much different!! We greatly appreciated Matt not pressuring and overwhelming us with sales tactics to make a sale. No price haggling as we believe they gave us bottom-line cost based on our research prior to shopping. I hate car shopping. This was the year I had to take the plunge. I found the perfect car and working with Matt at O'Daniel Automart made the process painless. A Fort Wayne's round- about forced a second opportunity. Again Matt helped me find a lovely replacement quickly but when I realized the car was just not me he came through third time and I am very happy with my car and my experiences with Matt and O'Daniel Auto Mart. I would call on them again but hope it will be a while down the road.

Brian along with his team met every need that I threw at them. From no down payment ment, the payment I could afford and the type of vehicle that I needed. Preferred is A1 with me. I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
Matt Wilson was the internet manager who helped me with my pricing excellent guy to work with really looks out for you superb customer service Dave forres was just as equally helpful going over the car and helping me with paperwork and everything else this company I would highly recommend it made me turn into a Ford believer once again I would go to Bob Thomas Ford every time highly recommend them for a car
We decided to look around for a different vehicle when we pulled into Bob Thomas Ford West. Matt Wilson was very helpful and patient with us since we didn't really know what we wanted. We finally decided on a new Ford Escape and couldn't be happier. Thanks, Matt, for all your help!

My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new minivan for our family. Honestly, we weren???t looking forward to it - we were overwhelmed and a bit stressed... and the timing for our family budget was rough. We had heard great things about the New Haven O???Daniel Ford, so we decided to at least try to talk to someone. My sister recommended Mike Pocci, and she was 100% accurate. Mike was genuine, kind, and very knowledgeable. He did not try to get us in a more expensive car. He stayed in our budget. He kept in contact with us through text and calls the next free days before we officially signed. We also worked with Ryan Keebler and Mike Everton, and we couldn???t have been more impressed. Everyone was upfront and honest. They all communicated with us throughout the process. This team made this potentially stressful situation easy and even enjoyable! Wow! What a great experience!!! We worked with Mike Pocci, Ryan Keebler, & business manager Mike Everson... and they were a fantastic team! They were respectful and did not pressure us in any way. They helped answer all of our questions (even when I still did not understand remote keyless start after the 2nd explanation, lol!). They were knowledgeable, shopped around to get us the best rate, and were extremely genuine. We will definitely return to buy vehicles with this stellar team!

I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jim Schmitz back in early July. I recently had the brakes replaced with new rotors and had to work done by my mechanic in the town that I live in. I contacted Jim Schmidt about this problem and they have taken care of over half of the bill or paying for the parts and they realized it was a mistake on their part work should have been done originally and they made it right with me I am writing this review into cancel out the other two because they came forward and made it right with the customer( myself).
Everything went well with the purchase of my 2017 Expedition EL. We took delivery the day after our visit because they were to have fixed the back-up camera. The back-up camera was faulty with the image being distorted and was identified during test drive with agreement to have it fixed. Upon delivery, on the same day, the camera again failed and has continued to not be functional (this is day 2). I'm not to worried because they said they would make sure it was fixed so I will write a follow up to this to let you know how it turns out.
That said I feel based on my initial experience they will be true to their word. Look for a review once it does or doesn't get repaired. I do want to say I dealt with AJ (sales) and he was great to work with, always following up and keeping me up to date over a lengthy period. At this time I would recommend him as a great representative of the dealership being knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Just had to take time to rave about the service we have had at Shepherds. We have had routine service, warranty work and now estimates and body work done to our 2014 Chevy truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel like a customer instead of a problem. And their facilities while you are waiting are awesome. So thankful for such a great dealership so close to home.
Shepherd's is not only a great place to buy a vehicle. They also have an outstanding service department. There is definitely something valuable to buying from a locally family owned business. It's right here in our community and their generosity is impeccable!
