It was a pleasant overall experience. My salesman had several options ready and pulled up when I arrived. He helped me make a decision that suited my budget and well above my wants and needs. I also left a personal item in my trade in vehicle and he got it back and offered to bring it to me.
I would like to thank Jason Tim and Jeremy for making me and my family feel immideatly welcome and not inimidated. Everyone was so nice and respectful and all were extremely helpful with every aspect of the sale to me. Jason new exactly what I was looking for Jeremy went out of his way to assist me with the sale and Tim gave me information that makes things o helpful for my first oil change. During the process, Tony, a new young salesman, helped me find a truck that met my needs without trying to upsell me. (I hate it when salesmen try to do that!) He was kind and not pushy or weird. Then Javier, one of the sales managers, sat down and professionally helped guide Tony through the whole purchasing process. Together, they made the experience the best car-buying experience I???ve ever had at a Ford dealership. Most car dealerships don???t give a rip about you, but Tony and Javier do. I hope they change the culture of the car business! I got the truck I wanted for a fair price. I can???t speak for the other managers and salesman at Lindquist, but I do recommend highly Tony and Javier!
Worked with Tucker Deitz, he had the car ready to go for the test drive, no pressure sales, answered all my questions and I believe I got a really good deal. Process was very simple and I was out of the dealership quickly, so far the car is driving like a champ!
Most important thing to me is they listened to me- to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, not just what they wanted to sell me. From the salesman, to finance to delivery, everything was great - I was treated exactly like I wanted to be treated in every respect.

had a great experience at the Dealership...everyone was very helpful in locating my perfect Ford Edge...my color...we were delighted how beautiful it is...the minute we arrived on that Monday our picked salesman was on his day off..however we just wanted to take test drive...as we have a 2015 Escape..deciding if we would buy another...or get the bigger Edge.. The young man grabbed the keys and took us for our test drive ...working there for a couple of weeks..Lance was great with his customer service...as a former manager of a big box store...I look for just that type of person...when we got back...I told him what I was looking and he went right in and got to work on it with the person who could locate my new 2018 White Gold...Edge..found...happy we were...finished up with Mark Pauley personable thoughtful he was...As my daughter had done business with Mark xxx well earlier this year..We were very happy....an I love my beautiful Edge..

Scheduled oil change and inspections on a Friday morning and afternoon for two family vehicles and Ray Jenkins was not in for the morning and Nick Reedy immediately took care of me. Nick stated he would get the team right on it and I was ready to go about 72 minutes! So, I brought my daughter's vehicle over with the known Focus shutter for the afternoon. Ray asked Nick to take a look at what I wanted to show and Nick stood there and described the malfunction and the known recall and resolution that Ford had applied and they took a look at the TCM after the other maintenance was complete and asked that I schedule with them for a thorough review of the Focus to resolve the On-board diagnostics sensor. I did call back and Ray had a day and time all setup for my return visit on 20 Sep 18. Good team work and Nick was the super trooper that I had met the first time! Thanks!
