We were apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but A.J. Franks and Cathy Hill were so helpful in answering our questions, taking photos, and following up on our requests so we decided to make the 900 mile trip each way and the car was everything they promised. It looks new and A.J. went beyond what you could ever expect. He was wonderful, kind, polite, patient and setting up services such as codes, Bluetooth, and explaining many things about the vehicle’s operation. We left a thrilled customer counting our blessings on the way home. The dealership personnel were polite and helpful and we were treated with great courtesies. Great vehicle, very comfortable to ride in, great visibility, makes driving a pleasure again. Safety features are great without the clutter and distractions on other new vehicles. Features are very intuitive to use. One feature that it came with is the front camera, I didn't think it was necessary, but after trying it out, it really is handy to see what you can't see over the hood of the vehicle.

I recently purchased a used automobile from Scott Clark Honda. My first contact with the dealership was online. I had read some negative reviews and was, honestly, leery of doing business with them. While initially, they pushed hard to get my phone number, when I made it clear I wished to communicate only via email at that point to get my initial questions about the car answered, the message got through. Not only did I receive an email, it was from the internet sales manager, Jeffrey Goodwin, who sent me a short video of himself in front of the car I was interested in to not only show me that it was indeed on the lot but to give me a peek of the inside, which answered my initial inquiry. My concerns about the dealership subsided. That evening, Jeffrey and I worked together via text (yep, he had provided me his cell number and told me I could call or text - he had picked up on the fact I likely wasn't going to want to talk) to work out the details and come to an out the door price. I didn't want to drive 1.5 hours and then not be able to come to terms. I purchased the car the next day and for the price agreed upon! There were apparently two other interested parties. One at the dealership wanting to test drive when I returned from mine and another scheduled for a test drive later in the day with another salesman. I am glad I made the drive early in the day. I had lost another car at another dealer earlier in the week, and it would have been heartbreaking to go through that again. Luckily, that did not happen. I feel I got a great price on a used vehicle. I had wonderful service from Jeffrey Goodwin and would and will recommend him highly to my friends, coworkers, acquaintances, the general public - i.e. YOU! I also don't want to leave out my dealings with the finance manager, Ronnie, who also was kind and easy to deal with. It was his job to try to sell me the extended warranty and such, but, he had been forewarned by Jeffrey that I would not be interested in such, so he did not push hard. He was also a pleasure to deal with. Provided my car doesn't fall apart (haha), I could not rate my experience any higher. Thank you, Jeffrey. Thank you, Ronnie. Keep up the excellent work!

Changed my mind about Ford

Needed comfort for entry/exit from my vehicle, Mercedes Benz C300 was becoming to painful to ride in, entry/exit. After reading reviews thought I would give the Ford Explorer a test drive and was sold. Granted, I selected the Platinum with all the bells and whistles, but this vehicle rides and handles like a true luxury vehicle. It has met all my expectations, needs, has had great reviews, a very intelligent vehicle.

I have been a customer since the days of Bowie Ford. I have had all of my many Ford vehicles serviced there and have bought vehicles at this dealership. Chris Rice and the other service writers and techs at Quick Lane, and less often, the full service lane, have always treated me like a customer should be treated. I have never been offered a service which was not necessary or felt pressured in any way which is why my wife and I always return to Crossroads and refuse to step foot on the lots of other Ford Dealers in the area. I have sent many customers your way. I would only recommend Crossroads Ford begin servicing the Ford chassis of RVs like mine, an E 450 cutaway van, class C. I must have it serviced at a non Ford provider. Thank you for your many years of service. I will see you in a couple of weeks with my Mustang.

Brought truck in for probable faulty water in fuel sensor. Found a wiring harness unplugged from the fuel filter/separator. This may have been the result of taking the truck to a local firestone shop for oil change and service. This shop was used to do the service due to not being able to get in the ford shop due to work load. The firestone shop may have been the one to unplug the wiring since I specifically asked them to drain the separator.
