Outstanding! Greemway Ford's prices are the BEST!!! We were quoted MUCH HIGHER tire prices at other locations, at the dealership where we purchased the vehicle, and even online at the TireRack. We were amazed. We discovered costs to ship from online companies caused the total expense to skyrocket. We discovered tires provided from "discount" tire companies were OLDER when we reviewed the DOT number. We LOVED the option of the THREE YEAR ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY provided by Ford, which is the best we found anywhere and very affordable. We loved Greenway Ford offered a 12 month interest FREE credit card that was easy to obtain. We were treated like family by the advisors and have always had a great relationship with Kevin Swata who kept us up to date and showed us the importance of having an alignment completed as well.

Great vehicle, very comfortable to ride in, great visibility, makes driving a pleasure again. Safety features are great without the clutter and distractions on other new vehicles. Features are very intuitive to use. One feature that it came with is the front camera, I didn't think it was necessary, but after trying it out, it really is handy to see what you can't see over the hood of the vehicle.
I went about two weeks ago to buy a 2014 ford fiesta which had fairly low mileage and was in great shape. Rodney who helped me buy the car was incredibly friendly and helpful! If you're in the Orlando area or like me and live almost 200 miles away from this Hertz location, still have Rodney help you pick out the car, you won't be sorry!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Needed comfort for entry/exit from my vehicle, Mercedes Benz C300 was becoming to painful to ride in, entry/exit. After reading reviews thought I would give the Ford Explorer a test drive and was sold. Granted, I selected the Platinum with all the bells and whistles, but this vehicle rides and handles like a true luxury vehicle. It has met all my expectations, needs, has had great reviews, a very intelligent vehicle.
From start to finish this was the easiest car buying process I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of. I had visited roughly 15 other Central Florida dealers and they were all the same, they all wanted to play their dealer games. This is where Mullinax stands out. I was greeted by Nick Lange and right away both me and my father felt welcomed and knew we were in good hands. Unlike salesmen at other dealers, Nick actually knew about the product he was talking about and was able to satisfy any request my dad and I had. They have clear pricing, no pressure, a great inventory and are not actively trying to rob every customer that comes through the door.
Without a doubt whenever my family or friends are looking to get a new vehicle Nick Lange and Mullinax is where I'll be going to! Do yourself a favor and start here for any new or used car search, I guarantee you'll save yourself a lot of time and heartache.

I have waited 40 years for my Mustang so to say I was thrilled is an understatement! After I purchased my 2014 V-6 just a few weeks ago from a Nissan dealership, I brought it to SunState Ford to have it checked over. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It turned out my Mustang needed a major repair and Maurice took care of everything in a professional manner...keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. I have 3 boys and needed plenty of room, the Explorer is perfect for us, the interior is so nice, and we are very happy!

I recommend Explorer those looking for comfort and spacious car interior. Everything is well designed and looks luxurious all over. I purchased this two months ago and might be a little soon to review its performance but so far I am happy with what I got.
I just don't recommend the dealership where I bought from : " Ford of Orange, CA" stay away from them.
I enjoyed my time at the dealership and everyone working there were highly helpful. Rafael Pena assisted me and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and I really appreciate that. He took care of me and my car even when they said they didn’t have time for my car to get serviced.

This vehicle has everything we wanted. There is plenty of storage room and holds 7 people comfortably. There are usb plugs in front and back. Great ride, quite and smooth.

I brought my truck in for the 60/70 thousand mile service and for them to diagnose a ticking noise coming from the passenger side of the engine compartment when the vehicle is started. Had to leave the vehicle overnight, a rental was provided. The diagnosis was communicated to me as being broken bolts on the exhaust manifold and the repair was completed and covered under the power train warranty, the other services were also completed including a recall for the restraint system. The vehicle was ready on time as promised the next day. I am very pleased 😀 with the service.

Have had it a couple of months and on the highway at 75mph with strong wind the windshield molding flew off !! This made me look online at the part and it shows more than 34 complaints of this happening.why in the world has this not been fixed! My car sounds like a window is down on the highway and rattling the dash ! Super sad about this . 40,000 miles on it .
I???m currently in the middle of relocating from Texas to Florida due to medical issues with my mom stroke related. On September 28, 2018 around 3pm my gears on my vehicle were no longer shifting so I immediately called Ford. I was then transferred to a towing company who sent out a tow truck that came about an hour later. Due to my position from being parked at the mall said tow truck was unable to pull my vehicle out because it would not shift to Neutral so unfortunately I had to wait on another tow truck. That guy was awesome and figured out a way to pop my hood and manually shift the gears. I noticed it was around 5 so I immediately called the dealership and was told that the service techs are all booked up and will be going home for the evening soon. I then requested a manager with whom the receptionist made a lot more difficult than it needed to be to speak with. Nonetheless, I was able to finally reach the service manager Gaylon Stuart who was able to inform me that he will try to make sure I can get into a vehicle even though Hertz was closing at 6pm. I ended up arriving at 5:56 pm and Elsie Martinez along with a few service Techs seen me rushing to th Hertz and called me over and informed me they would simply fix my vehicle right then and there. I asked the manager Gaylon if it???d be fine for me to go ahead and get an oil change done because I was well behind and he told everyone to take good care of me. I was the last customer and everyone was friendly and okay with staying a little late. Service on my vehicle didn???t end until a little after 7 and the sales advisor, clerk guy in the waiting room, cashier, and mechanic were super positive and made my experience BEYOND excellent. My car drives so much smoother now and no more transmission slips. All fluids returned back to normal levels as well; as a courtesy I presume. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family. Thank you for dealing with my attitude from being upset over the phone Gaylon and I am grateful for the excellent service. I hope to see you all again on my next oil change. Extra shoutout to Elsie and the cashier for making me laugh.

engine slips at 55-60 and when it takes off.I have had this car over a year and am so tired of the skipping.Ford motor said to just drive it til they get a code to fix it..I think when you pay this much for a car and it's new it should run like one...not a very happy customer.My family has always been a ford family..
I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.

Purchasing is a car is not fun by any means. Too many options to choose from, and even when you finalize one, price is different at every dealership. I had done some homework on getting a fair deal for my new acura and was confident that it is a great price. At that time, Joshua Parazine from Autonation reached out to me and told me they will offer a better price than that. It sounded too good to be true, however I talked to him over phone and went to the dealership. I still had doubts in my mind that there may be some 'fine print' details that I might be missing.
My wife and I reached at Autonation Acura and were very warmly welcome by Joshua and his team. He was VERY friendly and patient throughtout the process. We had a hard time selecting a color and he helped us with the color selection and again, was very patient while we were asking him to unlock multiple cars to check how the interior/exterior combination looks like.
We picked a color, and he explained multiple options in details and was very professional, friendly and got us all that we needed for the new car.
I have bought a few cars over last 10-12 years, car buying experience has never been so pleasant for us. We would like to thank Joshua for making this experience better and smoother than we could imagine. I highly recommend Autonation Acura dealership (& Joshua) to anybody who is considering buying an Acura. They are undoubtedly the best in town, and they delievered to us what they promised on phone (& email) that they would.
We had also visited Fountain acura dealership where they had promised us for a price over phone, and when we reached there, they changed everything. That was a total waste of time.
I am going to recommend this dealership to all my friends who will consider an Acura. A total pleasant experience. I am going straight to Autonation Acura and Joshua for my future car purchase and car needs.
