Best Car buying experience ever

I have purchased about 7 new vehicles over my life. I was recently in the market for a Ford F-150. I did a good bit of research on models and prices. I wanted to take advantage of purchasing one of the leftover new 2015 trucks some time after the new 2016 trucks were already on the lot. I talked to a couple of other dealerships that were closer to my home. I attempted to negotiate with several , but none of them would even attempt to work with me on the price until I went to Sheehy Ford of Warrenton. After calling them at 4:00PM on a Thursday, we agreed on a price by 4:11PM that same day. They accommodated my financing needs fully. My salesman, Tony Habibi was nice, professional and honest. I picked up the car the next morning. Originally, I was told the car would not arrive until after 1:00 PM, but when I arrived to do paperwork for the purchase at 11:00 Am the truck was there! My wife and I were also treated exceptionally well by Chris, the sales manager. He personally attended to us to ensure that were were happy with the purchase. Although he is the sales manager, he also helped us figure out details with accessories needed for the truck. Chris is honest, attentive and very concerned with satisfying the customer. I have had dreadful experiences with other car purchases in the past with the finance part of it. You go into the finance room, get a beat down with high interest financing offers and are pressured to buy things you don't want or don't work. This was not the case with the finance part at Sheehy. Luis, the finance person, was able to offer financing for us that was competitive with what we could secure personally. We were not pressured to use his finance option, but could use ours if we wanted. In the end, we used his option which was with BB&T. It took 27 minutes to do all the paperwork. wow!! never had that happen before. Overall, it was a nice, small town, personal, relaxed buying experience. They were all very kind and wanted to be sure that we were satisfied. We got an exceptional vehicle, at an exceptional price , but most of all worked with an exceptional dealership. There are 4 other dealerships closer to my house than this one, but it was worth the drive. This is the place to go to buy a new Ford! So, if you live a distance from this dealership or is close by your home, get in your old car and drive over there to get a new one! Look up Tony Habibi , my salesman.
