Very impressed with the service and professionalism received. My husband and I never trusted the former dealership after two shady repairs. We were really hesitant about bringing our Chevy Equinox to the "new" dealership. When we learned that the service department were a different crew, we gave them a try. They have ALL earned our trust and business. Please keep being real, truthful, and professional.
My 20 year old son recently purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium 4x4 with 15,090 miles on her. From the initial call, scheduling a road test, communication and follow up by the Basil Ford dealership professional staff before and after the sale, along a REAL FORD CERTIFIED 100,000 Miles bumper to Bumper Warranty at a fair price and the ability to negotiate a great price on the Titanium was the best experience at a dealership in over 4 car dealerships experiences. Oh the best of all 1.9% financing. Basil was great from Bill to Tony to Mike our sales person. This was the first time there for service. I needed it done by a specifice time, and the dealership I had taken the car to for 8 years, since it was purchsed was not able to help me. As a first time customer, they were able to get my car in. Were able, after a thorough inspection, able to identify and fix the problem. In addition, because of the time involved they provided a loaner car. It was a newer version of my car, so it was easy for me to get in and out of.
I was greeted immediately by the porter (I apologize for not remembering his name, but he was very helpful. Steve the advisor made me feel very comfortable. I hate going to dealerships, I always feel like I am going to be "sold" something I don't need. Tiffany in the loaner office was friendly and very helpful.
It is also worth pointing out, that while they are in the midst of construction, every effor is made to make it easy for customers. Clearly identified parking, a drive up lane. And while the quarters are tight, they were orderly and functional.
It was my first time there, and I will be back.
Today I signed the papers for my second lease with Mike Murphy Ford after meeting several times with Anthony Davis. Throughout both interactions (2015 and 2018), Anthony was professional, helpful, and encouraging: but NOT pressuring me to make a decision. For comparative purposes, I talked with two other local Ford dealers after my initial meeting with Anthony in early January 2018. The first sales person at Dealer #1 was - in a word - obnoxious, presenting the idea that anyone would be privileged to work with him. The second person (Dealer #2) was more professional; but after I met with him for two hours and given him a written list of questions I needed to have answered in order for me to make a decision, did not respond for more than 5 days. In that e-mail, he only addressed half of what I had asked. I sent him another e-mail containing the questions, and received no response. Anthony was very patient, answering all of my many questions in a timely manner; and did not pressure me to spend more than I can afford. It has been a pleasure to work with him.
Just traded in our Mazda for a Ford Edge, Van Horn (Robert and team) gave us a very fair deal on the trade-in, great in communication and working with us to find a solution that met our budget.
All in all, great people/dealership to work with and can highly recommend!
The team at Crowe Ford are a very casual and low pressure group. We've known some of them for years and they know us. We feel very comfortable asking any questions and they (in our case, Russell) did whatever it took to get us our answers. Our new F-150 is beautiful and we hope to enjoy it for many years. We were given a fair price for our trade-in and are glad to have a dealership nearby that we know will stand by their product.

So happy McLarty Nissan opened a place in Bryant/Benton! It is very convenient and accessible. I dropped in for service on my 2013 Altima a few months ago and received exceptional service. I told Jackie Harris I was looking to trade for a Nissan Rogue pretty soon. He contacted me August 16 and said he thought I should come look. When I got there, Andrew Carroll was waiting for me. I felt very comfortable with him as my sales representative. He showed me the Rogues that fit what I was looking for and then left it to me to decide. I never felt pressured that there wouldn???t ever be another deal like this one and I was very pleased with his offer. I would recommend him to anyone that was thinking to purchase a Nissan. Also, I???d like to say the finance gentleman, Brad Buie was very easy to understand, he explained my contact very well and took care of all the necessary paperwork. These two gentlemen made me feel like a very valued customer. As an owner of six (6) previous Nissans, I am extremely happy I took the time to visit with McLarty Nissan at Benton this week.

I was so impressed by Ben, Steve, and Tammy at IGH Ford! They surpassed my expectations by offering a no-pressure, thorough, and friendly buying experience. They took the time to answer all my questions in detail and even called me the day after purchase to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions. They knew I was considering three other brands and told me at the end of the day, you need to love your choice, take your time to decide...talk about putting the customer first! Thank you for an amazing experience - I love my vehicle and will be recommending you to anyone who will listen!
We came in to look at a vehicle and test drove a couple Lincoln MKZs, we found the one that we liked and with no pressure sat down with the sales person and talked about pricing and different options for financing and within 40 minutes we were finished and driving home a new car. The experience we had at this dealership was excellent and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and easy-going to work with.
For the last year or two we have been looking at Ford trucks with a red color (Ruby Red). We thought it was just what we would like if ever we decided to trade our 2013 F350 Crew Cab in. We travel back and forth between Upper Michigan and Central MN. a half dozen times a year. On our last trip we went by Wolf Motors on 169 near Le Sueur and low and behold sitting in front of the dealership was a beautiful 2017 Ruby Red F350 Crew Cab just like what we would want. We turned into the dealership and checked it out. WOW! Just what we wanted, but with a few extra things and a price that floored us. I went in and talked to the sales person (Richard Uecker). Not expecting too much of a discount and a good trade in allowance, I took a chance and asked what he could do for us. Well, that is where it all begins. Dick, Sticker, Uecker did everything possible to bring me up to speed on what this truck could do and how everything worked. I was so impressed with both him and the truck that I decided to go for it. There were many details ithat i won???t mention, about all the effort that went into working the financing out, only to fall short when it came time to turn my title over. I hadnt brought it along because we didn???t plan on needing it. So we had to put things on hold and drive three hundred miles home and get it. We planned to return the next week and finish the deal off. Well we were at home and after returning, Dick did everything possible to make the best out of the experience of getting the vehicle we had been dreaming of for a week or so. I know he isn???t the only one who worked on all the paper work, but I???m sure he had his two cents worth in there. We now, not only consider him as our great salesman, but as a new friend, who we will enjoy seeing and working with in the future. All the people who we had contact with, both in the sales and service, did a great job of making us feel like we were number one in their book of who???s who. So, our hat is off to the Wolf Motors personnel, and we thank them for making our experience so good. Thanks Richard Uecker, you are number one in our book. Sue and Walter Davis
I finally pulled the plug and decided to trade in my F150 for a new model. I had usually worked with Mike Bower, but he was on vacation and had Eric Anderson all lined up to answer his sales calls. Eric worked with me, and I ended up leasing a 2018 Ford explorer. My experience was nothing but excellent, and Eric's no-how on the technical aspect was VERY helpful.
