After careful shopping, my wife and I decided that the best car for our needs was an Escape. We had a budget in mind and some special needs. My wife has back issues and wanted/needed a car with dual power seats with adjustable lumbar. We found that the 2015 or newer Escape Titanium met our needs better than any other car. We began searching dealers and internet. I had purchased some trucks for my business from Bill Neumeyer at Brondes before so I went to Brondes in Maumee to visit Bill. They didn't have any Escapes in stock that matched our needs so he carefully listened to our needs and began a search. A couple of weeks later he called me with several options. We chose a white 2015 Escape and took delivery a few days later. Couldn't be happier. It had all the options we wanted plus a couple extras and the price was fair. Checking all the major internet sites, I found the price competitive with the lowest I could find anywhere in the US. Can't ask for more. We got a very fair price locally and were treated well at every step. We highly recommend Bill Neumeyer at Brondes Lincoln Ford in Maumee!
I just bought my 5th vehicle from this dealership just over a week ago. I found exactly what I've been looking for and was in very nice condition. A 2008 Impala ltz, one owner, low mileage. There is the normal 9 year old wear on it, but very very clean and very minor things. This place from what I saw does not intentionally sell junk. Also I got a free 6 month, 6000 mile warranty. I live a little under 3 hours away from dealership and I called about the car and they still had it. Told them I would be there in morning to look at the car. They offered to hold the car for me for 2 hours without me asking. Everyone was very friendly and easy to get along with. I would say well worth the drive. By far the best place I've been yet for buying a vehicle. Scott (think that is his name) was the guy I dealt with and did a very good job. Washed, vacuumed and gave me half tank of gas in the car right before i left. Highly recommend this place.

I initially met Sonja a year ago to look at a new Explorer, but wasn't ready to purchase yet. She did a great job of understanding my timeline and did not pressure me. At that point, I knew she had my best interest in mind and she was very upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. Then it came time to make my decision and buy, which wasn't a hard decision to make! She found the SUV that i was looking for and made sure I knew/understand all the facts before buying.

On June 28th, 2016 I leased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ at Brondes Ford Lincoln. The sales person I worked with was Sonja Franko and it turned out to be the most positive experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Sonja was friendly, professional and very helpful. We were debating between two different vehicles and she explained all the features on each car and what would best suit our needs. The entire process went so smoothly, I don't think I'll ever go to another dealership in the future to purchase a car. I would recommend Brondes to anyone in the market to buy a car.

Z called me right back and lead me through the best buying experience I've ever had from that point forward. This is the first time purchasing a vehicle with PricePro as I have been buying from CarMax. Not only did they do better on price but the experience was fantastic as you deal with the same sales rep from start to finish all the way through financing. I live in Novi, MI and have been looking for a low mileage 2013/2014 Chrysler Town & Country to replace my 2010 Town & Country with 122,000 miles. On the internet I found PricePro, saw they had 3 low mileage 2013 Town & Country's. After ready about them on the internet and their reviews I decided it was worth the drive. I worked with Z who took great care of me. He had me test drive 2 vans and showed me detailed reports on both that gave their history and a numerical rated. I bought one of them and got a great interest rate. I also bought an extended warranty that I thought had a good value. The bottom line is that it was well worth the drive. I got a good deal on the car I wanted, a fair value for my trade in, low interest financing and none of the typical run around you can experience when buying a car. Like most people I dread buying a car but found dealing with Z pleasant and professional.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The staff (Tim) that I dealt with was very professional, friendly, helpful. I was in and out in less than 1 hour which is how long I was told it would take. The Secor Rd. store is less than 1 mile from my office so it worked out very well for me. Thank you for making the experience painless and easy to take. I will definitely be coming back.

Awesome service!! I like how they set it up as you pull in your inside the building day I went was raining so it was very convenient. The service was very well I plan to go back.
My Edge has 126,000 miles on it. It runs well and I'm about to take it from Ohio to California. I'm not worried about the car. My Ford garage has maintained this car on schedule. Costs have been, I think reasonable. Oh, and since this service was more lengthy than some (transmission and injector service), the service department drove me home, and picked me up when the car was ready.
