My Fusion started losing power on a Sunday afternoon, the car would be running but pushing the gas pedal didn't make any increase in speed...I limped home. I called Dash Williams the next morning, asked if I could bring it in and if he happened to have a loaner I could use while it's in the shop. He said, I'll go you one better, I'll come bring you the loaner and get your car. What a relief, I didn't have to leave work OR drive a malfunctioning car. And I work quite a ways from the dealership! My car was fixed THAT day, I only drove the loaner to go pick UP my car. Dash waited for me after the dealership was closed. What an easy, low hassle, low stress transaction. Any car can have a problem, it's how the dealership handles it that makes it an 'ok' thing or a horrible thing. JO Williams makes it an easy thing. I'll never buy a car from anyone else.
