The service was great! They had people who speak Spanish (I communicate better in Spanish) the guy explained me what was going to be done to my car. And what I liked the most he never made me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars...I will definitely take my car there in the future again. I had a very great experience at Heritage Ford

2016 Explorer (wifes car), hatch mechanism was faulty trigering codes and setting off the alarm. The latch was replaced and so far so good. Vehicle was purchased in the Bay area so I was pleased with Price's service department willingness to repair the vehicle under warranty.

Dino was an excellent and very knowledgeable customer representative, always kept in constant touch with status updates and answered all my questions. Don was the primary mechanic for all the work I had done on my 2003 Lincoln Town Car. He is one of the best in the business, very experienced and fixes it right the first time. Pricing for all the work I had done was very fair and better than I expected from a dealership. It is worth the money because you know you receive quality work that is backed by the reputation of Bill Brandt Ford. Five star excellent customer experience!
My 2009 Edge was involved in a recall, when parts were finally available my vehicle repair was done in a timely manner, in addition I was offered a ride back home and again to the dealer to pick up my repaired vehicle.
I was greeted with great service right when I walk through the sliding door. They made sure I need either a shuttle to work which was nice. Then I was called very quickly on information about my car just needed to be brought back or held. I decided to pick up and drop off the next day for the reason they didn't have the part no problem. I am happy that I didn't have to wait all day and worry about not having a car or no response. Then I brought my car back and they did the repair under 2 hours. Very fast and efficient.
Had an appointment at 7:30 am and vehicle was taken in and the service was completed in less than 1 hour. There was coffee available in the customer waiting area while I waited for the service to be completed.
