My parents purchased our first Toyota (a '74 Corona that I later inherited in college) from Old Mill when I was in high school. Since then I have been back every year or so, bought at least a dozen cars, and have been happy with every purchase -- including my latest, a 2018 Avalon Touring. I always do my research ahead of time, and have never had a salesman try to sell me a line of crap. I usually end up feeling like I am stealing from them, as sometimes their initial offer is even better than what I was hoping to negotiate them down to! For the last several years, I have been working with Jason D'Angelo; I never get any sales pressure, he listens to what I'm looking for and tells me to wait when there is something better coming in, or a new marketing campaign coming up, or a new feature on next year's model that I'd like. He texts me when something interesting shows up on the lot, and if it doesn't interest me he doesn't push, he just says "I'll keep looking". My wife and four grown kids have all purchased at least one car from this dealer and are equally as satisfied as I am. Don Blazek in service has worked with me for years and is a big reason I get all my servicing done at the dealership; I trust his advice, and he is always working to save me money on service items that can be put off until the next payday! I must also mention Corinna Gallaher, a manager I've worked with there for at least 20 years and who always has a friendly smile for me when I walk into the showroom. I will continue so shop and have my cars serviced here!!!
I finally pulled the plug and decided to trade in my F150 for a new model. I had usually worked with Mike Bower, but he was on vacation and had Eric Anderson all lined up to answer his sales calls. Eric worked with me, and I ended up leasing a 2018 Ford explorer. My experience was nothing but excellent, and Eric's no-how on the technical aspect was VERY helpful. Just traded in our Mazda for a Ford Edge, Van Horn (Robert and team) gave us a very fair deal on the trade-in, great in communication and working with us to find a solution that met our budget.
All in all, great people/dealership to work with and can highly recommend!
Van Horn was easy to schedule with. They looked at the car promptly and did not tey to charge for any unnecessary repairs as some dealerships do. I am very pleased all around!o

My salesperson, Eric C., is the best. He always goes out of his way to help me, even if it's his day off. I travel over 1 hour to get to the dealership, so that shows you how much I trust them. (There is a Ford dealer less than 10 minutes from my house.) I also have been going there for 14 years. They know how to treat their customers right, and I'm a single woman.
My 20 year old son recently purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium 4x4 with 15,090 miles on her. From the initial call, scheduling a road test, communication and follow up by the Basil Ford dealership professional staff before and after the sale, along a REAL FORD CERTIFIED 100,000 Miles bumper to Bumper Warranty at a fair price and the ability to negotiate a great price on the Titanium was the best experience at a dealership in over 4 car dealerships experiences. Oh the best of all 1.9% financing. Basil was great from Bill to Tony to Mike our sales person. Jeff is an exception to the car purching Salesperson, very patient, knowledgeable of his various models and goes beyond customer satisfaction in all aspects customer service. I've been a Mitsubishi owner for 8 different purchases and I must say after finding this dealership and my New Sales consultant I will be referring them to my family and friends as a No Gimmick No pressure Real type of car buying experience. Back in 2014, I was car shopping around the Passaic and Bergen County area. And a lot of non-luxury car brand dealerships were rude from the start and presented ridiculous deals. I drove along route 46 and made my last stop at Fette Infiniti. I was skeptical at first because it wasn't my day and it was a luxury car brand dealership. Boy, I was shocked, I walked in and the front receptionist greeted me with a happy welcome. Then I met Ray Ford, he presented and assisted me throughout the process with a humble approach. Ray knows his stuff on all the car models from top to bottom. Now when it came down to multiple offers, my jaw dropped, I told my wife to pinch me, because I thought I was in a dream. Also, I have to point out I had my kids with me that day, and Ray, he's family friendly. He showed my kids the lounge area, and provided them with refreshments like soda juice cookies or water and changed the TV to cartoons, which is Awesome. From there on, my loyalty with FETTE INFINITI grew. That is in 2015 I came back to get my wife a car a 2015 Q50. Then, in 2017 I came back again and got a 2017 QX60. And now 2018, I came back got my wife another car the new QX50 2019. FETTE INFINITI makes you family and loyalty is superb, this is why I come back, they're the best. Ray Ford is a real genuine humble guy, that I highly recommend to all if you looking for a car right now. I had to share my story because it actually happened and bumped into a dealership that really treats you like a family that's what's important. Thank you Fette Infiniti and Thank You, Ray Ford I met Raphael Mirasol in 2017. Great individual, he always carries a smile, with a positive vibe and energy. He's an awesome salesman and very helpful. He got me into 2017 QX60 and today a 2019 QX50. I'm so loyal to Fette Infiniti, that I don't see myself going elsewhere. Fette Infiniti is simply the best, especially there deals. Deals that you can't refuse, it's a dream that comes true. If you car shopping right now don't hesitate just go to Fette Infiniti.
