Not Your Typical Car Buying Experience

In 2015 I bought a new Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium at Atlantic Subaru in Bourne. I loved my new car….it was everything I wanted in a new car. It had plenty of room to transport all my partner’s antique treasures as well as yard sale finds. It had the all weather package that included heated seats which my partner, who is not from New England but from Perth, one of the hottest places in the southern hemisphere, loved. On the other hand, I loved the Eyesight feature as well as Starlink. I was not thinking of buying a new 2018 Forester but Atlantic was having Promo in the month of December and I thought I might explore some options. Working with the management team, they set me up with Joe Stanley, one of their salesman. Within minutes I knew Joe and I were going to hit it off. He listened to me, understood what I wanted and at no time was he “pushy”. From beginning to end, Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did not pressure a sale, nor did he make me feel rushed into a decision. He worked with me to get the most for my trade-in as well as a good price for the new car. I must admit, I did go to several other dealerships to compare what they would offer. In the end, I came back to Subaru Atlantic. I felt more than comfortable doing the deal with Joe. Caleb, in the accounting office, was also excellent at discussing all the options I had. Well done, Subaru Atlantic, you have earned my trust.
